Negative: No cons so far. The experience was smooth, and any doubts I had was cleared when I contacted their support team. So far, so good!

Summary: Overall it's easy, high end and value for money. It's one of those brands that provide you the best in business at a very cheap rate. They do it cuz they love what they do not for business and it's evident in their service

Positive: It's so easy to use and the support is amazing. The features are exclusive and very useful. Moreover, it requires no coding at all.

Negative: The only con that i see is the lack of a user prompt when someone first uses the build section. Still pretty easy to use though.

Positive: Engati allows customers to interact with a bot, but switch to a live agent for complex issues. They also allow us to run marketing campaigns through their broadcast feature. Their WhatsApp chatbots are powerful, effective and well priced too.

Negative: It would be nice if they had a guide to their interface for first-time users, but the support team provides a comprehensive demo that makes bot-building a piece of cake.

Summary: It was good. I'd highly recommend it to all those looking to build a Chatbot (without any coding experience).

Positive: They have a free version where you can use the Chatbot. The best part is they have so many templates to choose from, very easy drag and drop UI and they also have the multi-lingual feature. The team is prompt to get in touch with you and explain all the features with a demo. I'd highly recommend it.

Negative: I couldn't really see any cons so far. It was a smooth experience using it.
