    Summary: It's easy to type an email, include a subject line but leave the TO line blank. Then I begin the Email Merge process and merge the letter with our marketing list and set a time to email the letters. I can also choose to send them all at once or in bunches or one at a time.

    Positive: We have been using Email Merge for Outlook for several years and it has enabled us to seamlessly integrate our marketing emails with Outlook365. In addition, we get instant feedback for all Opens and Clicks plus a report on how successful our mailings have been in reaching he intended audience.

    Negative: It takes a bit of getting used to a couple of quirks in setting up our merge lists but otherwise there are no other cons.

    Summary: Very poor service. I have called and emailed several times. There is nobody there. They have not responded, but they were able to get my money.

    Positive: None that I know of, I cannot use the software because they will not provide the unlock key. Find another source.
