EZReports is a robust, cost-effective, and all-encompassing online platform designed for the administration of grant-supported afterschool initiatives. This software effectively fulfills the data gathering and reporting standards set by the Federal 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) programs and is currently utilized by eight State Departments of Education (DOEs). Furthermore, EZReports caters to various state and local grants and is actively employed by over 3,000 educational institutions and community organizations across the country. Six state DOEs have adopted EZReports for the oversight of their 21st CCLC initiatives, with both the Michigan DOE and Indiana DOE having relied on this software for more than 15 years. Notably, numerous school districts at the grantee level in states such as California, Washington, Florida, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Maryland are leveraging EZReports. Additionally, several community-focused and nonprofit organizations, including the Boys and Girls Clubs and YMCAs, are using EZReports to effectively manage their afterschool programming, showcasing its widespread application and effectiveness in diverse settings.
