    User Friendly Experience

    Summary: We have had very good luck with this platform, from initial setup to full deployment. We have been through a couple major upgrades with InterPro and each time we get additional features that prove very useful.

    Positive: The interface is very easy to understand and use, it works very well on mobile platforms and laptops alike, and the fact that it utilizes so much Maximo business logic makes configurations simple.

    Negative: Offline mode is much more involved in setting up than online mode.

    Summary: End user adoption and roll out all went very smoothly. Very few issues overall with little downtime in a 24/7 operation which is great.

    Positive: EZ Max Mobile is the best in class mobile solution for most organizations. They can tailor the application to meet the most demanding needs of any user, and they have the same functionality in offline mode.

    Negative: Sometimes the process to get everything working, especially for offline mode can be tricky.
