ECS5 Description
A well-designed planogram will increase sales by ensuring that merchandise and products are placed in the most efficient way. A planogram that is hard to design and implement can lead to inefficiency both on the shop floor and in the creative process. This can lead to inaccurate or outdated product information, mismatched measurements, or failed promotions. Employees will have to constantly adjust labels and shelves, instead of tending customers. The best planogram merchandiser should be simple to use, update, and manage. It should be able to communicate with store inventory, active promotions, sales data, and other information. This will make it easier to design and optimize the planogram and allow seamless integration with product information and shelf labels, label printing, planned promotions, and other elements that impact customer engagement and sales.
