Dynamics gives us a high level of service to our customers

    Date: Jan 09 2021

Summary: Microsoft Dynamics 365 mobile access is typical, at most. It is not the friendliest of mobile apps, and it also has a sorry state of offline configuration. I rely a lot on the support of the individual Dynamics area and I also feel that there was always a solution to all the challenges that I needed to navigate there.

Positive: Microsoft Dynamics 365 is currently used as the recommended consumer partnership monitoring program in my organization's workplaces where I work. We use it to seamlessly manage consumer information and keep an eye on customers and important sales metrics. This makes it very easy for the superiors in my organization to determine our sales pipelines and also the possible sales targets.

Negative: Microsoft Dynamics 365 can be done with enhanced intuition for customers. For example, entering information is often a laborious experience for novice users. Its user interface style is not simplified enough for smooth browsing, specifically on web registration pages.

    Great Software if Configured Properly

    Date: Oct 27 2020

Summary: Having been a D365/Dynamics CRM consultant for almost 15 years, you're going to get what you pay for in regards to implementation. It's extraordinarily important to have competent people help gather requirements, design, and implement this in order to get good value and maximum user acceptance out of it. When it's implemented well, it's a huge efficiency driver and offers vast reporting capabilities to managers. When it's implemented poorly, it's a bloated, tedious mess that ends up being more of a burden than anything.

Positive: Lots of functionality, ability to integrate with anything, very scalable, easy to use when it's configured properly, vastly improves efficiency, good reporting capability, easy to make changes to forms, views, etc.

Negative: Need to have an experienced, expensive team to implement it. Buggy when they release updates.

    Review as Support Engineer

    Date: Oct 27 2020

Summary: Positive, but can continue improving. Unified Interface now has uniform behavior between mobile and PC interface. Has many layers of customization if you are into it.

Positive: Once you get used to where customizations are, there's a lot you can do with it. Integration with Outlook and Sharepoint is useful. Ability to spin up multiple testing environment for development is useful for QA.

Negative: Solution dependencies can be a problem. Documentation can be not as useful at times. Licensing through third-party can be confusing and need to keep up to date with license model. Its complexity can sometimes mean getting the right support can be difficult at times. When using customizations, one must be careful when making infinite updates as that may cause a huge backlog that is difficult to remove excess automation jobs.
