Microsoft Dynamics 365 Product Visualize is an augmented reality mobile app for iOS that accelerates the sales process by helping buyers to reach a common understanding faster. In April 2019, Dynamics 365 Product Visualize went public for preview. It integrates with Dynamics 365 Sales to provide deep data and workflow integration. The 2020 release wave 1 will bring new capabilities that will allow salespeople to demonstrate their products in deeper and more detailed ways. Spatial Notes (3D Model Annotations) will be expanded to address customer concerns about the difficulties they face when trying to communicate information about a product. This includes its capabilities, how it works, and how it can be serviced. This is especially true for companies that produce complex equipment that has long sales cycles and requires increasing technical sophistication that their customers have difficulty understanding.
