DTSMS Reviews

DTSMS Description

DTSMS is a drug testing management software platform designed to help employers and testing service providers administer workplace drug and alcohol testing programs. Developed by CQube Data Systems, the software supports random employee selections, testing pool management, recordkeeping, and regulatory reporting. Organizations can maintain employee rosters, organize participants by company or department, and configure testing programs for DOT and non-DOT requirements. Its random selection tools enable administrators to select individuals from designated testing pools and generate alternate selections when needed. DTSMS maintains individual profiles containing testing activity, historical records, and related program information. Users can import employee and company data from Excel spreadsheets or CSV files to simplify initial setup and ongoing administration. Reporting capabilities include DOT Management Information System summaries organized by regulatory agency and employee classification. The platform supports third-party administrators managing multiple clients, employers overseeing internal testing programs, and clinics coordinating collection-related workflows. DTSMS provides a Windows desktop application and a separate browser-based solution, allowing organizations to select the software environment that fits their operational requirements.
