DTSMS Description

Vendor provided software and database resources to store, protect and manage a projected volume thousands of drug test records. Yes, the system and interfaces must be HIPAA compliant to protect user data, protected health information, and content. This security system should maintain a secure set user privileges that determine the permission levels users need to manage, update and control content. It must be possible for different county agencies, with the capability to support multiple agencies/groups in random drug testing and the ability of each agency to configure independently, to use the same software. Would prefer that this is within a single occurrence (license).
