- It is quick and easy to set up, it also lets the user share files to anyone without any hassle.
- It can be easily integrated with other third partly application for extended features.

Negative: - All the features and functionalities can be a bit complex to understand initially.

Summary: Dropbox is a cloud storage platform which is convenient to use and has all the necessary features. Any type of files can be uploaded and stored on Dropbox easily. Also, the files stored on Dropbox are safe, secure from any type of data theft.

Positive: - Dropbox is the easiest and most simple application to upload files to and later share it with colleagues, friends or family.
- Dropbox offers 50gb free storage in the free version, which is enough for most of the students and individuals and that can be further increased with affordable plans for commercial use.
- It works completely fine on all the devices.
- It syncs all the files seamlessly across all the devices it is logged in.

Negative: - Once the files gets deleted there is no way to retrieve the files, there should be a bin for deleted files for limited, so the files can be recovered if they get accidentally deleted.

Summary: I'm a long-term user of a file-sharing software (used 2 products from Big-tech companies for a decade). It was okay in the cloud, but the local files management wasn't always a pleasant experience. Dropbox is way more convenient if I just want to save a file locally and be sure it will be synced. Very nice tool! Didn't check the mobile version though.

Positive: - Seamless experience when syncing local files;

Negative: - Small amount of initial space. I know it can be increased by inviting other people, but initially it's smaller compared to some other popular services.

Summary: Very easy to use software for sharing files between people or from one device to another. I have been using it for 4-5 years.

Positive: Sharing files from one device to another has never been easier. I can send someone a link to a file in my Dropbox folder or i can save something on my phone and view it on my PC. Super easy to use.

Negative: Sometimes the files don't always update, even though i have autosave turned on.

Summary: This is splitting hairs on cons because the software is so ubiquitous, well-designed, and simple. It just works.

Positive: Dropbox is a quick, easy way to transfer files and backup data from anywhere on the globe, making file sharing and collaborative projects simple tasks.

Negative: Limited size on free plans, setup can be a tad bit fiddly until you're familiar with operations

Summary: Works great, it's a good alternative compared to its competitors but overall, I'd recommend it to backup your larger files.

Positive: It's super easy to navigate and upload / download files (large) and have multiple devices to have access to your files.

Negative: Limited memory available compared to other cloud services that are free.

Negative: - The subscription price of the software is a bit too high for personal use.

Summary: Overall, I can't imagine life without Dropbox. My team uses it every week to stay up to date with each other. It's nice to be able to check progress on live documents without having to text or email every update.

Positive: I love how easy it is to share and view files using the Dropbox desktop app as well as the mobile app. The mobile app is particularly easy to use and very useful for when I am traveling.

Negative: Sometimes I have issues using the mobile app when service is spotty. Otherwise love Dropbox!

Summary: I have been using it for long time. Outstanding Services by Dropbox. Easy to operate and fast at sharing and uploading files, Well designed to store files and docs.

Summary: Dropbox is one of the oldest file synchronization services around. With that and the companies commitment, comes stability, huge customer base, frequent updates and a reliable desktop and mobile sync solution. However, the free version is not enough anymore and the licensing can be a bit confusing.

Positive: -Very stable, fast and reliable

Negative: -Does not keep up with integration capabilities of its competitors
-Licensing model can be confusing

Summary: System works well. We share many files and store data with DROPBOX. We have never had files lost using this program.

Positive: The ease of use and organization is simple. The fact that it integrates with Windows folders is also a bonus.

Negative: Depending on number of files can be a bit daunting trying to navigate.

Summary: This is the best document storage software out there, which is why I have been a user since almost the beginning. I share and collaborate on documents all day - every day using it.

Positive: Easy to collaborate on documents with people all over the world. Works offline when set up properly, and I have never had an issue or a missing document.

Negative: Some of the UI is a little bit difficult for some less tech-savvy people that I work with. Also, sometimes you give someone editing permission, and it seems to expire or end without notice for some reason.

Summary: My office uses Dropbox for PC for our Personal Injury Law Firm. The best part about it is that I can edit a document, save it, and then let my team-members know it's done, and they can review it without having to attach the document to an email AND without having to save it to their computer, edit, and re upload to Dropbox. It makes it so that we are all accessing the same files even though we are on different computers and saves several steps along the way. Another cool features is the saved Version History Let's say there is a lot of files being uploaded at one time, you can pause the upload so it doesn't slow down your computer, and then resume the upload at a later time. Another super cool features is that DropBox has "version" history of your document. My office uses a lot of templates, and sometimes we accidentally save our changes to the templates, so it's nice that we can revert to the original document.

Positive: Dropbox has a variety of plans to fit your server needs. In addition to being able to upload/download files, multiple users can access and edit the file without having to download/upload or email the file. The Version History tool is super helpful for offices like mine using templates.

Negative: I have no cons about Dropbox. There are no features I could even think to suggest.
