Summary: Dropbox has allowed me to organize all my company files without having to have storage towers to be able to manage files and store them. With this platform I have allowed myself to have a backup copy in case of a file loss problem, since a large number of property and client files are handled within my company, what the contracts would be like and some work investigation which does not require that said information come to light because of how privileged and important it can be for my company.

Security within my company is very important since there are many cyber attackers who can take advantage of misinformation, so I opted for this platform since it manages a level of security appropriate to my company and the needs that need to be addressed.

It was easy to know who has made changes within folders or each file, since this is how one month is managed in control of the actions taken by employees within this platform. With this it has been easy to be able to work collaboratively on documents such as Word to be able to make changes and know which user has contributed to said document. Likewise, when working with shared folders, you can find out who added some type of multimedia file and know if they are complying or not with the contribution of said files.

Positive: + For me it has been beneficial to be able to have shared folders without having the information copied into the cloud of my Dropbox account. With this function, it has been useful to me and several co-workers since we can have access to internal information without having to copy all the content and store it again within this same platform taking up space. Also having the advantage of using the remaining space to store more important information and to be able to protect content that only internal people would have access to.

+ I have had the advantage that Dropbox is a multiplatform allowing me to have any file synchronized within the cloud without having to manually copy everything to my devices, but simply by having the Dropbox application I can have access to all the information from both my mobiles and my my computers. What seemed most accessible to me is the desktop version since it is managed as if it were a traditional Windows folder, resulting in a great experience and ease when importing or exporting files from Dropbox or that are already synchronized from my other devices. so also within the desktop version I can have functions with the right click as if it were a built-in Windows tool, So the implementation of this platform on any device within my company has not been complicated, nor has its use alone a hardship for me or other employees.

+ I have full access to the settings of the links and this was very helpful for me since I can distribute the correct permissions for each employee, Likewise, each department has its own configuration for the different permissions of the employees and also for when it comes to only share files that need to be distributed throughout the company without the need for so much security. it's easy you can assign who can see certain files or folders, I can also assign passwords thus increasing security without worrying that third parties will access internal company information. However, I go a long way to activate the necessary permission through the emails provided by each employee so that only those people have access to the internal public folders within my company.

Negative: - The loading times have been very slow regardless of the internet speed that I count. This has happened to me a lot and especially when I'm going to upload large files, usually light assets, I haven't had any problems since it obviously doesn't require that much bandwidth. However, when I'm uploading a large number of files to back up, an example would be a zip with a property photo gallery, this will tend to take longer than I anticipated. I currently have great bandwidth both for download and upload and yet Dropbox does not consume what I currently have. This is disappointing as I haven't been able to set a limit anywhere on how much bandwidth this platform can consume, have that capacity so I can scale it without any limit, but apparently the servers on this platform have a limit.

- I have had quite a few problems with shared folders between users within my company. If someone is working with a folder shared by other staff from my company and this folder is moved from one place or directory within dropbox, it can no longer be accessed from the account where that folder or file was shared. I use dropbox for keeping my important documents in cloud based software. Most of the times i have to travel from one city to another city, so it seems quite difficult to carry documents in hard copies or to carry laptops with me. I simply store all my documents in dropbox and use it through mobile device anywhere anytime. So to me this is a heaven like product. This software is well customized and well integrated with multiple applications. I highly recommend this software for use.

Negative: Dropbox has many useful features and quite difficult to point out its weaknesses. We can not store so many files in the free version of dropbox but after purchasing paid version we can avail its all useful features and facilities. Its paid version is little costly and customers service can be improved.

Summary: Dropbox is great. Cheap, easy, predictable. Love being able to share folders with other people, too, which we do often for business purposes. Love the phone app.

Negative: Wish it allowed more desktop users for the price instead of limiting to just a few. I work from about 5 different computers on a daily basis, which means I have to use the web browser on one or two of them. Not terrible, but adds an extra step logging in.

Summary: Despite the various bugs and inconveniences that I have experienced during my experience with Dropbox, I must mention that I have been able to store my files safely in the cloud and I feel that I have had a pretty good experience that could be improved with the help of the optimization of the factors that I mentioned earlier. Positive: Dropbox has been used in our company for about two years, and cloud storage has been widely used in our company from various sectors. First, I must say that I love the way that Dropbox has to store files without having to enter its web version, this cloud storage service allows me to store files by simply entering them into a folder that is automatically created on my computer, When I download the Dropbox application for my computer, it automatically creates a folder on my desktop where all the files that I put in that folder can be automatically stored in my cloud. Another of the things that I loved about this platform is that it is able to help me find files much faster, it has a fairly effective search filter which is capable of showing me the most recent, oldest, largest files, or in alphabetical order. The search center system works great, it has allowed me to find files much faster, since in our Dropbox cloud we have a large number of Files, and without this filter it would be a total disaster to find a specific one. Finally I must mention that I loved the free trial of Dropbox, when I started using this software I agreed to the free trial because I needed to test each of the functions it had, however, after testing this software for a while we decided to acquire a payment plan. The free trial was quite beneficial for us, it helped us learn how to fully use the platform.

Negative: One of the main setbacks that occurs during the experience with Dropbox is that this platform is not also used in its version for mobile devices. The problem I had was with the app on my iOS device, when I installed the app and tried to upload some file, the file would not upload properly if it didn't stay inside the app, When I put this app in secondary operation to access another app, the file you are previously uploading did not finish uploading successfully, the file upload process would freeze and not progress until you canceled and re-uploaded it manually. This error happened to me repeatedly, there was no way to access another application while uploading a file from this mobile application, I hope that I will not be in this problem as soon as possible to allow me to upload files from my mobile without any problem. Currently, to counteract the problem that I have presented from my mobile device, I have chosen to only upload files from my computer, and use the mobile app to only view files stored in my cloud. Another of the two negatives that I have to mention about Dropbox is that it is not able to allow me to modify any document simultaneously, I cannot modify a document together, it would be great to be able to modify documents with the help of my colleagues, where we can both make some changes and all these changes are seen in real time, this does not happen in thrombus because it is quite limited in that functionality, it only allows an edition of the document at the same moment.

Positive: Previously, we used other cloud storage services that were a bit less efficient than Dropbox and offered a bit more limited things, so we were motivated to try Dropbox in our company, we were looking for a better storage system capable of offering us better services generals. What I liked the most about the time I've been using Dropbox was the following:

1. Dropbox offered me a free trial that helped me test the software. When I was considering replacing our old storage software with Dropbox, I was able to access the free trial they offered me and it was quite convenient to be able to test the uploading, downloading and encryption system that it has. The free trial helped me make sure I bought Dropbox.

2. I loved the way I can upload my files from my computer without any complex process, just locate the Dropbox folder and insert all the files that I want to be stored in the cloud there. In the background, the files that I have inserted in that folder will be uploaded. Having it upload in the background is great, it allows me to do other things while the save is successful.

3. The Mobile App works great, plus I can immediately access all the files I've uploaded from my mobile phone to the Dropbox cloud from my computer. The cloud works seamlessly by connecting various devices.

Negative: To be honest, my experience with Dropbox yielded quite a few positive factors that have helped me to continue to use the platform wisely, but during my experience there was only one negative factor that I think needs to be optimized and fixed in Dropbox. This negative factor was:

1. In Dropbox it is not possible to edit documents or modify any file online together. It is not a system that works well together, users cannot edit a file together, only one person should edit a file or document, otherwise multiple copies of the file will be created automatically depending on how many people are editing this file. It would be great to be able to edit files online, so there is no need to use third-party apps for editing altogether.

Summary: Dropbox works so well and does exactly what it says. Using AWS on the backend makes for great, reliable, secure storage. I love the peace of mind Dropbox provides for all of my files and the simplicity of file sharing makes it my go to service. You won't be disappointed using Dropbox and it's worth every penny!

Positive: There are many choices for file sharing services but none of them can compare with Dropbox. It is the most reliable and trustworthy system and stands out from the rest for its features and price.

I have been using Dropbox for years and years and I completely trust the company with over a terabyte of data. The security policies are transparent and well-documented.

My favorite feature is how easy it is to share files and I love how this service is not tethered to any other account (ie Google Drive or iCloud) and simply works on its own, as it should, every time. Smartsync is an exceptional feature as well.

Negative: Sometimes it can take a while to upload files to Dropbox - especially larger ones. I have also had issues resyncing the Dropbox folder with the server if the connection is lost - while this is rare, it can be annoying to have to resync a giant Dropbox folder.

Summary: Within my Sales sector, Dropbox has performed very well and has proven to be very useful in protecting our files and saving space on our computers. Previously, the hard drive of my computer was quite full since all the information related to sales or advertising was stored there, however, all that information was stored in Dropbox and is currently protected under an encryption key to prevent access by intruders. In addition, I am very satisfied with the results achieved, Dropbox has never presented failures in its cloud and at all times I have been able to access my files without any type of limit. It's great to be able to send and receive files or documents in a couple of seconds, the Dropbox cloud is very fast and there are never any delays in displaying a recently uploaded file. We will continue to use Dropbox in our work area, it has been very useful to us.

Positive: Dropbox is a very efficient and stable cloud storage mechanism for storing, transferring and receiving all types of files. For us, it has been an honor to be using this great software in our sector, the things that we liked were:

- Dropbox allows you to edit all kinds of documents online. All you have to do is store documents in the cloud and you can immediately edit the document without having to install any Office tool such as Excel or Word. This edition of documents is quite complete, it has all the functions of Office.

- Uploading and downloading of files is done in incredible speed, Dropbox servers are quite good and this means that my files can be downloaded in just a few seconds.

- Dropbox offers me a section where I can upload files to the cloud but share them directly with my colleagues. This is a shared folder and this allows the uploaded files to be viewed by my colleagues in the Sales sector. This saves us a lot of time, since it is not necessary to send the files directly, but Dropbox does it automatically.

Negative: The main features that I did not like about Dropbox were:

When we were discussing whether or not to start using Dropbox, we agreed to the free trial so we could test the features they offered us and how effective it could be to store our files in the cloud. However, this free trial was not effective, the space offered is quite limited, you cannot use a shared folder with colleagues, and you cannot edit several documents at the same time. These are limitations that can be improved in the free trial and that would make the user happier when deciding whether or not to use Dropbox.

- Documents cannot be edited in real time. This is something very impressive, since it would be cool that several people can modify a document that is in a shared folder, and everyone can see the changes progressively and in real time, but currently this cannot be done in Dropbox, since only allows a person to modify a document.

Summary: Overall, Dropbox is a reliable cloud storage platform with user-friendly user interface and lots of features and functionalities.

- Files can be easily uploaded and further shared with anyone through links.

Negative: - There are serious performance issues sometimes when uploading a sequence of large files.
