    Great Customer Service

    Summary: Using any new technology takes time to get used to, but overall I am pleased with the experience. The customer service is definitely my favorite part about DoorLoop so far, as well as the really nice design of the platform.

    Positive: The team at DoorLoop is quick to answer my emails, and find solutions to any questions I have. The website is user friendly and aesthetically appealing.

    Negative: I would like to see more usability and features like being able to add a payment and match it to a charge on the same page without going back to a new page to enter the charge. Or if you are on a specific vendor's page, and you click "add expense" it asks you to specify the vendor again, seems like that should be inferred. When you are entering expenses, it would be nice if there was a save and new button. Then instead of closing out of the expenses page, you could click save and new instead of save and close, and a new expense page would populate so you could add additional expenses without an extra step of going back to the expense page from the dashboard.
