Positive: DoorLoop has been a great addition to our business. The team was able to help us have an awesome and smooth transition that is customized to our company and all of the features we need at a fraction of the price compared to other software out there.

Negative: No complaints at the moment. I am excited for all the new features that continue coming (like the dashboard!).

Summary: I’m a lot happier since switching to DoorLoop, and so is my team. We are really enjoying the software capabilities.

Positive: DoorLoop is a fantastic platform for communicating with tenants and collecting rent payments. It's equally good for sending out notices to tenants when you need to access their property. I used it as a landlord and will use it again if I ever have properties that I need to rent out again in the future.

Negative: Though it is easy to use now, it took us a while to figure out all the features. There’s a lot of features, and we are still learning. The tutorials and help center gives a great deal of assistance, however.

Summary: Definitely saves my team a lot of money, time, and stress instead of managing multiple programs with duplicate data.

Positive: Doorloop is much more than a standard leasing software. Its deep integration with many other apps and software is what makes it stand apart from the rest. As a user, I was able to get the full use of my lead generation services, such as property management software and marketing automation, all through one simple platform.

Negative: Nothing as of yet, looking forward to the future integrations.

Summary: We’re so happy we made the switch and chose to use DoorLoop for managing our leases. The integrations are fantastic and it does so much more than any other PMS.

Positive: We highly recommend DoorLoop for any property management company. It's a one-stop-shop for any manager that wants to streamline the leasing process and increase their profits.

Negative: We had to manually switch all the information from our previous software onto DoorLoop. It took the team a while to accomplish this, as there’s no streamline to do this. Was worth it in the end.

Summary: It really allows us to be more effective, productive and organized with our time and work. We were able to save time and concentrate on other important business objectives.

Positive: I love DoorLoop for my team! It is an AMAZING software that has made our lives so much easier, especially in managing our properties and tracking everything that is going on.

Negative: The software took us a while to learn, however the customer service team helped us with any questions we had, especially Jacqueline.

Summary: One of the best things that we did was to embrace Doorloop software into our system. Things have changed for the better and we love this.

Positive: The software comes fully packed with lots of features such as tenant screening, online payment. Owners portal, property lister, and more. Installing the software does not require many protocols. I also love the price they charge because it doesn’t break my bank account.

Negative: We made many steps after initiating this program. From that time till now we have not seen any difficulties.

Summary: Other companies did not have the same accounting features while also being easy to work with. Doorloop was simple and convenient to use while offering more than other similar software.

Positive: • Allows me to optimize& organize my business properly without any glitch
• I was able to work remotely and collect more rent courtesy of this software
• The software also allows me to automate everything, increase efficiency and most importantly stay protected.

Negative: We are still using Quickbooks, but it was inevitable. No one can do expense categorization or employee paychecks.

Summary: For the first time i have really enjoyed working to improve my productivity with a software. The process was simple and easy. You don't need to have some technical knowledge to operate it.

Positive: I'm blown away by how easy, powerful and useful the application is. Definitely 10x better than buildium. And so much better than appfolio which was our initial choice, and a product we were willing to pay for until we found Doorloop. We can see profit & loss reports per property. We can maintain double-entry accounting accuracy. Doorloop comes pre-built with many reports we can use out of the box. They did most of the hard work for us which we really appreciated.

Negative: Nothing much at the moment the software behaved very well and we love how it operates.

Summary: We switched to Doorloop because it was easier to use. Doorloop is very clean and the navigation is easy. We are very happy with our new property management system.

Positive: We quickly realized there had to be a better way to sort through our documents and that's when we discovered DoorLoop. DoorLoop has changed the way we work and communicate with our tenants. We used to spend hours searching for files online, in emails and filing cabinets. Now we can easily find any document, whereas before we were scanning everything into different Dropbox folders. I have used many other PM programs and I can honestly say that DoorLoops search feature is by far the best. My rep, Adam, showed this to me on my demo, and I was truly blown away. It's so easy to find any document, tenant, or task in seconds. My favorite feature is the ability to add notes to any task. This comes in handy when you're on the road and need to make some notes about a property while you are out showing it.

Negative: Truly nothing as of yet, I wish I had more time to explore the software!

Summary: Perfect for a small landlord that needs basic minimal features, but can grow and pay as I grow. The software is very helpful and one of the best on our top 5 list productivity software.

Positive: Monday.com, what I used before, was great for task management, but DoorLoop specifically caters to property management and does so much for me.

Negative: I am happy it offers many features I don’t use yet, so I can grow into it.

Summary: They are very focused on property management which I needed. I wasn’t looking for the one-size-fits-all approach.

Positive: The software is pretty good overall. The customer support is outstanding and the price is good for what you get. I have used it on my personal rentals and some of my investment units as well with no issues. This is not my full-time job, so I enjoy how much of my business can be automated from rent collection, listings, lease renewals, deadlines, and such.

Negative: There is a lot that this software offers which is great if you are a larger business, unlike myself.

Summary: I receive answers to my questions within minutes from American English representatives in the same time zone as my company. Even though they state that they do not offer tech support on weekends, they will still respond to my tickets if it is urgent.

Positive: Doorloop has completely streamlined our process. Their platform is very intuitive and easy to use, and I love the fact that it is cloud based. Since the beginning, their customer service has been excellent. I recommend them to anyone looking for a property management software that is user friendly and easily scalable. I've used Yardi, AppFolio, and Buildium in previous companies, and I have never experienced such a great service like DoorLoop.

Negative: Although it is a great security feature, I don’t like that I need to input a long and secure password when logging in.

Summary: DoorLoop makes every small, tedious task in real estate so much easier to manage. The software is very user friendly and complete task 100%.

Positive: With Doorloop, we are able to create a single invoice from all of our vendors/contractors. It makes life so much easier and has solved the issues we faced in Quickbooks.

Negative: Nothing, I love it so far and can only hope everyone else I show it to loves it just as much.

Summary: It has allowed us to streamline the process of managing maintenance requests, create and send appointment reminders, and track all of our contacts. The system is extremely user friendly and our staff love it.

Positive: DoorLoop helps us keep track of all of our contacts, including tenants, owners, vendors, and subcontractors. It also allows us to schedule service calls with our tenants when we need to send out a technician. We can also add notes about the property and tenant which helps in organizing everything.

Negative: Nothing yet, the website continues to be improved since the software is new so I can only expect more good things.
