Positive: I've used DonationMatch as a business owner to her matched with non-profits and donate to their fundraising events. It streamlines the process and broadens my reach, and it has been a way to connect services with an interested audience.
I've also used it from the non-profit side and for a very modest price was able to receive a great deal of donated good and services for our auction.
The support team is quick to respond to questions and concerns.Negative: On occasion I've encountered technical hiccups with editing items within the tool, but they have always been resolved quickly.
