Summary: It's great and the team behind it rebuilt it from scratch so it's very durable now where it wasn't at the beginning.
Positive: Very simple to use for tracking emails, document opening, and other information so you can follow up timely.
Negative: It's a chrome extension which means there's no mobile use sadly.

Summary: Overall it's a great platform. I like how it shows the ability to track these so you can follow up in a timely manner when they're opened.
Positive: Love how this app works so you can track opens to your emails and when docs are opened to let you know to follow up.
Negative: Early on they had issues but they've rebuilt and it's good now.
