Summary: Overall it is an easy system to use for our employee spending it saves us so much time in having to go thru paper receipts and invoicing.

Positive: I just order cards for all our employees and set them up and they record the transaction themselves. I can get alerts to when someone needs money right away and transfer it to them on the spot.

Negative: Not much I don't like about it . It is so easy to use and no one has ever had problems.

Summary: Divvy makes it easy to track and budget for compliance without have to create your own spreadsheets and go through pesky receipts. Best of all is its free.

Positive: Divvy is an amazing budging tool and the offer deals I can use on travel both for personal and business travel. It is also really user friendly.

Negative: The only thing that is bothersome about Divvy is it does not integrate with my account software which causes me extra work.

Summary: Divvy is a very useful spend and expense management platform. Its automated receipt capture and reports give me great budget insights. I highly recommend this tool. Worked great for me.

Positive: It offers automated receipt capture. It has multi-platform supports. Easy to track expenses. Live expense reporting and budget insights.

Negative: It worked great form me. Nothing to dislike about the cons.

Summary: Previously, we used an Excel spreadsheet for expense tracking. It was cumbersome and had to be constantly updated. Divvy makes that look like a pen and paper ledger. This software was game changing.

Positive: The interface for this is fantastic. It is nice to be able to itemize all of my receipts in one place and generate one thorough report.

Negative: I had issues getting users in it initially. However, once it was set up, it worked great.

Summary: As I said in Pros, it is a great simple straightforward and engaging layout that makes life very easy for small startups.

Positive: It is a simple, straightforward to manage expenses and has made our management extremely efficient and absolutely a joy to work with.

Negative: I have not had anything that I dislike-grateful for this partnership.

Summary: Overall Divvy is great. Simple set up, an abundance of account funding options, and superb customer service all ensure that i'll be a long term customer.

Positive: I like the abundance of options available for funding the account. The customer service via chat is swift, and every associate is friendly and helpful.

Negative: They could use a little help on the developer side. There have been quite a few technical issues such as failed logins, loading hang ups, and clunky navigation on mobile and desktop.

Summary: Divvy has truly been the best switch for credit cards our company has made. So easy to administer the program and keep control of who can charge and the limits they are allowed.

Positive: I love everything about Divvy. I love that I can administer everything on my end without having to call. I love the control you have over budgets and spending limits. It has made everything so much easier being able to give everyone in the company their own virtual number and track receipts. Prior we were sharing a company card and couldn't prove who made the charge to track receipts and get the expenses coded to the proper files. I also love that they keep developing new things! New things keep popping in that make the program so much better and they email and tell you so you can turn them on. They are very good about keeping you updated!

Negative: None that I can think of! Divvy has been a great switch for our company!

Summary: Divvy has been great for our company in helping us manage our company spend. We have cards in almost all employees hands with low limits to avoid overspending.

Positive: Easy admin platform to add users, budgets, adjust budgets and more. I love the virtual card feature, which allows me to set up different cards for online vendors, thus reducing risk on any certain card and allowing me to cancel one card without the need to go set up recurring payments on all websites. I also love the shared budget feature, which has cut down on the number of declined transactions.

Negative: I am not a fan of the multi-factor authentication feature. It has made it more difficult for users to input receipts. A top-level executive has stopped adding receipts to his purchases because of the difficulty in getting into the app.

Summary: I highly recommend Divvy to all entrepreneurs and business owners alike. The platform is great but the customer service they offer is even better. You can chat and they will respond faster than any bank ever has.

Positive: I have been using Divvy for over a year. At the beginning I just wanted to try it out but I enjoy the great customer service and the budget tools that I have moved all of my expenses to Divvy. I cannot believe that something this great comes without any charges!

Negative: I didn't use to like that if the budget didn't have enough funds, I would get the transaction rejected. Divvy has solved this problem by moving the charge to a different budget.

Summary: Divvy had made tracking credit card expenses very easy. Not only does this save time but also prepares us to easily justify purchases to managers.

Positive: As an organization our biggest challenge was making sure all receipts are turned in on time. With Divvy this problem have been eliminated.

Negative: At this time we have not encountered anything major.

Summary: 100%. I love working in Divvy. It's been near seamless and the customer service is quick and easy. I wasn't sure when I began how much different it would be, but the fact that it's also the card makes information almost real time.

Positive: My team has hated any expense management software we've evert used. All I hear is how easy Divvy is to use from my team and as an administrator it's incredibly simple for me.

Negative: The only thing is that there are some fields I'd like to integrate into QB that aren't enabled in Divvy

Summary: Divvy has definitely increased compliance with receipts and provided better overall tracking of project expenses. As a cash management tool, it is great! We needed this solution - it is totally integrative into how we run projects and centralizes expenses. I can see all of my company expenditures real-time from my phone or internet. I LOVE DIVVY. Did I forget to mention it is FREE? And I get cash back!

Positive: The program makes it easy to track expenses by job. Puts expense decisions in the hands of my managers. New cards come quickly! The integrations are great.

Negative: Sometimes the card gets denied for no particular reason and sometimes it is just that the staff has not chosen the correct budget from their phone. Use of Divvy REQUIRES a smart phone.

Summary: Great, makes managing internal credit card usage a breeze. Moving from personal cards to a more corporate credit card process was quick and easy.

Positive: Divvy are great to work with, not only a great product but also great customer service. Flexible around any concerns or issues I may have, and has made processing payments so simple.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps a better way to know if pending charges drop off for any reason.

Summary: Great- early adoption had its challenges. Wish there was a better interface in to QB desktop 2020 and wish there was an ability for receipts and job costing to carry over to accounting.

Positive: Ability to budget, approve and decline payments remotely. Great interface with the ability to use touch-ID and Face- ID. This saves of of lots of time. I enjoy the ability to make one time use cards and virtual cards.

Negative: The app can be glitchy- and often, due to the nature of the budgets, if your budget is stuck and the app is not available- your transaction is declined. Happens more often than you'd think. I wish there was a monthly report that you could fill out which would acknowledge or easily allow you to change/update the budget once a month for multiple budgets

Summary: This is been an extremely positive part of our workflow overall. It has made our process easier and more efficient.

Positive: DIVVY has been an amazing tool to help us do away with cumbersome expense reports and allow users to provide the finance with all of the information we need about their transactions easily and efficiently.

It's also awesome to be able to keep all our receipts in one easy place, that users can access at the time of a purchase.

Negative: I would love to be able to organize custom fields in an order other than alphabetical, so that users input information in an intuitive order rather than alphabetical.

It would also be nice to options be able to organize the options in a custom field. Right now adding new options puts all new options at the bottom rather than allowing new options to land within the current alphabetical order.
