Summary: Divvy is a fantastic way for homeowners to sell their homes in a different way. And for buyers to experience a new type of owning a home.

Positive: This platform enables you to rent a home before buying it, which is unheard of in the housing industry.

Negative: There's not really any cons, as this company has no competitors.

Summary: We are happy as it's free to use and their support is second to none, they are constantly improving things as well.

Positive: We are very happy with Divvy, their customer service team is excellent. The virtual cards are fantastic as well.

Negative: Unable to set limits for receipts, if this can be implemented then this would be great and ease workload from our side.

Summary: Divvy provides us a proper expenses management that automates the record and submits expenses. Divvy brings continuity and visibility over every expense. It helped us save time and modernize our expenses management.

Positive: We can now real-time check the expenses reports, which eliminates the old method of expenses reporting. It automatically records the spending from receipts. Its VCC generator is handy for online transactions. Divvy's mobile app is also great.

Negative: Few times it failed to recognize the duplicate receipts.

Summary: So far, we are very happy with Divvy. We switched from Chase. The expense management is great! We don't have to chase down employees to turn in their receipts anymore and we can more accurately code expenses to the right GL and jobs.

Positive: We really love the expense management. No more chasing receipts to figure out jobs and GLs. The integration with our ERP makes expense tracking much easier than our previous system.

Negative: We've only been using Divvy for about 2 months but our experience has been very good so far.

Summary: Far and away the best tool I have used in my 30+ year in accounting. The flexibility of the system to customize by group limits the choice for each group just to their relevant data so they don’t have to scroll thru other department’s choices which make it easy to get people to adopt.

Positive: Divvy is super simple to setup, customize and use. The flexibility of the system the saving and email of batch recites takes a 15-40 minute task to prepare and post reimbursements down to just a few minutes, creating incredible value for owners.

Negative: Need the roles and rights expanded a bit to better control system. Would be great if they had a per Diem feature like they do mileage reimbursement.

Summary: It’s the best!! This is the best software service on the market. Divvy is a game changer for all businesses.

Positive: Divvy is the best for business we are able to automate everything from one app. We are managed better thanks to Divvy!

Negative: I have no complaints I love everything divvy offers.

Summary: We moved from another software for this purpose, and the experience is light years better. Both for the cardholders and for the Admin.

Positive: Easy to use, great response from cardholders. Detail reporting and summaries very useful. The company is responsive to feedback and requests. Support is delightful.

Negative: Needed a few improvements to monthly statements and to sync to QB desktop. Minor complaints.

Summary: No question about it. Everyone should have a Divvy card. Its versatility and ease of use putting information into your accounting system is unparalleled.

Positive: Virtual cards are for everyone. I have received unsolicited calls all week. Someone has passed by contact information around to solicitors. Some have been bonafide non-profits, some have been political action committees in disguise, and some have been outright fraudulent calls for help from hacked computers.
Sometimes I've made the right decision to donate and sometimes not, but with virtual cards, the only amount they can take is what I agreed to. That gives me peace of mind.

Negative: Sometimes it takes me a while to set up the virtual card while they are online. I believe that I'll set up a few new ones for $25 to $35 so I have them ready at a moment's notice.

Summary: Amazing product and amazing team to work with. It's always improving and having more comprehensive functionality & features.

Positive: - Virtual Cards for different vendors has been amazing to manage expectations with vendors and has helped us to prevent issues with main cards being comprimized.

Negative: Originally early stage companies could use it without personally liability, but that has since changed to Joint & Several Liability, which isn't as good for startups.

Summary: I would recommend this product to anybody looking for a purchase card system. They have recently rolled out reimbursements and travel, which I haven't utilized, but the core product is free and easy to use.

Positive: This platform is very user friendly, intuitive and robust. I have been using it for a few years now and it is night and day different than our previous card program. I have recommended Divvy to many of my friends.

Negative: There really are not a lot of cons. As a start up, there were a lot of revisions, which made it a little unstable and made the view different every time you logged in, but now it is much better.

Summary: They have great customer support and are very easy to get in touch with when you have a problem. We think that they are the greatest product for business since email!!

Positive: Great customer service.
Super easy to setup.
Virtual Credit card numbers help protect us from fraud and help control spending. If set up correctly, they also prevent vendors from raising their rates with auto pay products without your knowledge. Burner cards are great for one time purchases.
Complete budgeting system. Divvy has completely replaced our old expense management system and best of all, it is FREE!

Negative: There is currently no interface for directly importing transactions into Quickbooks Desktop.
The mobile apps Receipt scanning feature while it works well, could use some enhancements such as being able to crop the image and maybe an OCR feature so that an image could be recognized.

Summary: We used to float around a couple corporate cards among staff, process expense reports manually through a separate tracking tool, print checks for reimbursements, etc. Divvy completely transformed how we spend and track expenses in the best way possible. We've completely streamlined our expense management process, and I've been recommending this service to others since Day 1. This is a *must have* tool for any business that needs to modernize their company expense protocol.

Positive: - Amazing customer service. Everyone is friendly, responds quickly, and explains solutions to teach you the platform versus just fixing your issue
- Mobile and web applications are uncluttered, easy to use, fast, and navigation feels natural
- Virtual and physical card control is a huge win for a company like us that has a lot of subscription services
- The Request Funds feature is a huge time-saver and really enables employees in feeling empowered to make smart business purchases

Negative: - Understanding budget limits and spend limits is a little tricky.

Summary: Divvy is great. Would select this product again and would recommend it.
The implementation was easy.
Employees have shared positive reviews with being to upload receipts immediately and not have to save up receipts to report later.

Positive: Directors are now responsible to review all purchases within their department.
Receipts uploaded in system for future review...less paper.
Export to Excel makes importing data into accounting system a SNAP!
No fee but still receive rewards.

Negative: Being based for Mobile, does cause draw back for employees, as we do not provide cell phone stipends, so we can not make employees use the mobile app.
Web view can require scrolling that could easily be fixed by smaller wording or spacing.

Summary: Overall, very happy and plan to expand the program to all employees in the near future. Way to go!!!

Positive: Ease of having the receipt and coding in one place.
Divvy is sending the reminders to those cardholders who are not as efficient with uploading receipts.
Being able to see which budgets may need to be revised.

Negative: Still trying to figure out some of the reporting needs but Jake has been holding our hand so far.

Summary: Can definitely tell that it is made for accountants by accountants. Divvy hit the nail on the head with their software. Looking forward to implementing this with the rest of our clients.

Positive: Super easy to set-up and for end-users to use. Love how the transactions are instantly in the transaction queue for users to code and complete ASAP. No need to wait for transactions to "post". Can have transactions made on the last day of the month included in month-end reports very quickly and easily.

Negative: No GPS feature for mileage reimbursements yet - hear it's in the works!
