Negative: There is no cons of using this software. You cannot find an alternate for this.

Positive: I have been using discord for a very long time their are many pro's in this application.
We can create our own server in this and we can chat with our friends we can share memes and posts and enjoy while playing a game as well.
It has a very clean interface which makes it very easy top use.
I don't have to struggle with this application.

Negative: There are quite few problems in discord like:
When my network gets fluctuate my server get closed and it shows very high ping.
Sometimes there are some audio and video quality issues.
Issues related to sharing files are there as well.

Summary: Overall my experience with this software was great and I pretty much use it daily to communicate with my friends and side by side complete my tasks.

Summary: Without this I don't think I could survive this lockdown. Firstly its free. You can chat, talk, video conference, stream, share files and what more do you need. This helped me in making new friend from my class to whom I had never talked in my class before. And we sit hours and hours from morning till night on Discord. This i just awesome.

Negative: Using for around 7 to 8 hrs everyday and could not find any cons. But yes sometime crashes if quickly open as I turn on my PC.
