    Summary: My previous experience before the price hike was great! The customisation and access of ease using the program.

    Positive: The integrations, and customisation and flexibility. Its been a perfect program to far for my little business as a sole trader. Being able to fill out forms using the app from my mobile, then emailing them through as a PDF or Word doc to then send to the customer. Being able to customise the look of your template as well is great.

    Negative: The new webforms doesn't work as hoped. It wont submit documents with images attached. They were looking into but i haven't heard a fix yet. Recently they also had a price increase where the minimum plan is 3 devices instead of 1 which was cheaper. It went from 30 USD to 90 USD. I cannot see it viable to continue using the program at this price which is a shame.

    The future of data collection

    Summary: Its high time every industry invested in replacing the tedious paper-based processes with smarter and simpler technology-based ones. Device magic enables just that and makes it so simple for literally any industry.

    Positive: - Has a very flexible yet robust set of options for the forms and other features.
    - Requires very little training even for those workers who are not very techy.

    Negative: No major cons but the training and documentation can be improved with respect to non-tech users.
