Flagsmith gives software engineering teams a self-hosted or fully managed feature flagging platform for controlling releases across web, mobile, and backend systems. Ship code behind a flag, then decide who sees it — by environment, user, or custom segment — without redeploying.
Run Flagsmith however fits your infrastructure: our managed cloud, your own private cloud, or fully on-premise.
What you get:
Progressive rollouts with one-click rollback if something breaks
Live config changes — flip features on or off instantly, no redeploy required
Segment-based A/B and multivariate testing
Project and role-based access control for multi-team organizations
Native integrations with the tools already in your stack
MCP support and a CLI so AI agents and scripts can manage flags directly
Open source at its core, Flagsmith is built for teams that want control over where their configuration data lives.

Mentornity is mentoring and coaching program software for organizations that run structured programs and need to show what came of them.
It covers the full cycle. Participants enrol and are matched by an algorithm that scores every possible pair against weighted criteria the program defines, discarding pairs that fail a mandatory rule; administrators approve suggestions individually or in bulk, assign by hand, or open a mentor pool and let participants choose. Mentors publish availability, mentees book within it, sessions sync to Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, and reminders go out automatically before and after each meeting.
Measurement runs alongside rather than after. Surveys and forms can be scheduled at any point in a cycle, and a program health score tracks participation, meeting frequency and completion against each program's own targets, flagging programs that drift before the cycle ends. Certificates are issued automatically on completion.
Each program runs under its own branding on its own domain, with role-based access and six interface languages. Free for up to 10 users with no expiry and every feature enabled; paid plans start at $289 per month and scale by participant count.
Running mentoring programs since 2015.

GrowthBook
GrowthBook is a versatile open-source platform designed for feature flagging and experimentation, aimed at empowering teams to confidently deploy code and assess the effects of product modifications using their own data resources. It allows users to create and manage a variety of feature flags—such as Boolean, number, string, and JSON—while implementing targeting rules, percentage rollouts, safe ramp-ups, and experiment assignments. The platform is optimized for data warehouses, enabling seamless connections to existing data sources like SQL data warehouses, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and more, facilitating experiments and analyses without transferring raw user-level Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to external services. It offers a flexible approach to usage; teams can choose to utilize solely feature flagging, solely experiment analysis, or integrate both functionalities. Significant features include high-performance lightweight SDKs capable of handling billions of feature lookups daily, a user-friendly visual editor for no-code A/B testing, and comprehensive experiment reporting that employs advanced statistical methods. Additionally, GrowthBook empowers teams to make data-driven decisions with confidence, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.
