Summary: We love DeskTime and all the features. It's become very useful for us to see just how our employees are spending their work days, who's most productive and efficient and who needs to be redirected.

Positive: Reporting works great, we love that you can go back and adjust your times as needed and mark them as productive, neutral, etc. This program is very user friendly also. Customer support has always been very friendly and great.

Negative: Sometimes DeskTime quits working randomly for some employees, but not too frequently.

Summary: As a project manager, desktime helps me figure out authenticity of the time invested by our resources in different projects and it helps me have a birds eye view on the actual efforts and productivity without having to do many things manually.
The automation that it brings in is really rewarding to me and i use at times as a performance measuring tool as well.

Positive: 1) Data is well distributed between projects and teams.
2) The KPI cards are very meaningful and it lets you figure things out without getting into details pretty much.
3) Ability to go private when required.
4) Ability to request offline time.
5) Ability to define which apps are productive per team.
6) Daily reports to create a reward system sort of projection among managers as to who are the most productive employees.
7) View your own performance as well as standing with other resources in the company.
8) Ability to define and track resources who use unwanted, unethical websites or unproductive apps as well.

Negative: 1) Somehow, a tracking system among employees/resources is never really appreciated. Having an app run in the background and track you freaks most of the new joiners out post onboarding.
2) A little bit of complexity while dealing with reports.

Summary: Productive tracker and the best one.

Positive: It helps you easy tracking your team members and make sure that every minute at work is completely productive

Negative: Nothing much it's perfect.

Summary: It allows us to automatically track our work time. It also enables very powerful attendance and leaves record management. The homepage is easy to navigate and gives work and task time analytics.

Positive: #1- Attendance and Leave management for any business size.
#2- Reports give monthly insightful data.
#3- Mobile version gives seamless time tracking and attendance management.
#4- Auto time tracking, no manual work needed.

Negative: #1- We had an overall positive experience with it.

Summary: I would particularly suggest DeskTime for a tiny company. It's an excellent source with numerous choices for individual records and overview tracking.

Positive: The programme is extremely good for the time and software of the screen to be tracked. It also enables our company to observe on what all remote workers work. At this moment, this is unworthy. It also allows us to make what we need and who has time to do it a priority.

Negative: It truly isn't computed multi-tasking. If you're working on than one item at a time, you can't stack projects.

Summary: Overall it's a good tool to assess the time limit of the screen usage and plan the connections so that all the software will run smoothly and it can help in decision making of management. Installation procedure is very easy and supports many features.

Positive: It's a very good software for tracking the screen time and software utilized in a day. It records all the time and provides the report of usage. It helps in planning of software needed to install and manage the timing of the staff as well.

Negative: Installation files save on the main drive and required to be updated.

Summary: Although I eventually went with a different piece of software, I would recommend Desktime if it fits your needs. Because I was having attendance issues, I need to have my people clock in and out plus track when they've been idle and I really had a hard time with Desktime for that.

However, if you're looking for something that helps you track productivity, this is definitely the one to go with. I've literally tried all the other software and I would say hands down, this is the best to track productivity.

Positive: What I really liked about Desktime was the real-time (or at least almost real-time) dashboard of who was online or who wasn't (compared to other software that I tried). Also the auto logging in is a good feature that's also not available on other platforms. There's some cool stuff like a team resource area where you can see all the people in your org and that's helpful if you don't have a central area to put up that information. Also, the productive monitor is probably the best so far out of all the platforms I've tried. It lets you know who's doing questionable things and takes screenshots so you can remediate ASAP. It's also the least expensive option with tiered discounts for higher volume of seats which is a nice bonus.

Negative: One thing that I didn't like was also the auto-login. I actually wanted to turn it off so that I could make sure my people weren't logging in when they weren't actually working (all my employees work remotely on their own personal computers). It was a little confusing when it come break down between online time, desktime time and idle time. I needed my system to track their time and I had to manually look at when they logged in and out so that was cumbersome.

Summary: Overall this software/ program is serving the purpose that we need it to do, it has helped us increase productivity and we also now we can gauge how long it takes to complete a task.

Positive: DeskTime has been very helpful with tracking employee's productivity and actually increasing productivity, since our employees know that their activity is being tracked. It is very easy to use and being able to integrate Trello to create projects is a big plus.

Negative: Automatic Archiving of projects after a certain amount of time has been a big issue for us. Especially since some of our projects aren't projects that we work on everyday or even every month. Some of our projects are yearly projects. So we have had some issues unarchiving projects and them re-archiving the next week.

Summary: Great tool for every business functioning right now in the pandemic.
The trial period could have been longer for people to make better decisions.
Overall it's a must-have tool.

Positive: - Usability IS GREAT.
- It helps me to track my team productivity and help them to perform better.
- Captures every tool.

Negative: None! It's a great tool. Fantastic idea to have this.

Summary: It's a good app, could improve the understanding of productivity vs. effectiveness. It's a little confusing.

Positive: Presents the information on a very friendly format, it allows you to customize the apps for your productivity.

Negative: If you are using multiple screens it only tracks the activity from 1.

Summary: Overall, useful in this current situation of working from home, would recommend in using this software.

Positive: Really liked this app, it showed good reports in terms of productivity, login times, working hours etc.

Negative: if you reading an article or a post, it shows this time in idle and doesn't count the time as productivity.

Summary: Good reporting, accurate data and ability to make changes adhoc. Work Schedules report should have the ability to be grouped by period (day, week, month, etc.)

Positive: The scheduling part and the reports are good.

Negative: Dropdown menu in the Work schedule tab for easier use. Ability to see the work Schedule from a personal profile month view.
