The software integrates with existing InDesign files using a simple panel-driven interface that allows variable elements on the page to be defined. There is no need to learn any programming language. Everything is done by clicking and pointing. DesignMerge Pro merges variable text, pictures and multi-paragraph documents. It can also merge MPS Tags or InDesign master page data. All of the most popular graphics file formats, such as JPEG, PNG and PDF, are supported. The software allows you to refer to variable elements by filename or full path. It also includes a unique Global Search Path feature, which allows you store your variable assets on any server.
