A shop shouldn't be without an integrated management system like this in today's digital age of smart phones, tablets, and photo estimating. This tool was designed by shop owners and not estimating software firms to give shop owners the flexibility to manage the shop and not the estimate. Every shop needs this tool as the insurance companies get closer to electronic adjusting (photo estimating) models. Multiple levels of access are available: owners, schedulers and technicians, dealers, insurance companies, and insurance companies. This system is not intended to replace CCC, Audatex, or Mitchel. It is designed to work with all or any of them, from the SHOP's perspective. This system makes it easy to collect images, VIN Decodings, documents, repair notes and progress pictures as well as existing damage.
