Demiton reads the ERP, field, payroll and document systems you already run into one set of registers, then runs four kinds of protection against them every day: Watch (contract windows like extension-of-time notices), Countdown (fixed deadlines), Check (evidence that must exist, like daily reports) and Threshold (cost against budget). A failed inspection reaches the right person the day it lands, claim notices are drafted before the window shuts, cost drift is flagged at $50K rather than at the final account, and every insurance and licence expiry counts down at 90, 30 and 7 days. Pricing
Baseline: AU$55,000 per year, flat up to AU$100M of contract value under watch (negotiated above). All five protections, every register, unlimited connected systems, a named contact, and setup plus a first-year study of what each problem has cost you. Fee reviewed against ABS CPI each anniversary.
Margin bonus (Baseline only): 25% of cash recovered on the first AU$1M recovered in a calendar year, 12.5% above that. Charged on cash recovered only; avoided cost is recorded and never billed. No per-seat, usage-meter or AI-credit charges.
Enterprise: priced on request for groups, proprietary ERPs and bespoke hosting.
