Description

Demiton is margin protection for Australian civil contractors. It stops the five things that eat the margin on every job: rework, missed claims, disputes, cost drift and lapsed compliance. Demiton reads the ERP, field, payroll and document systems you already run into one set of registers, then runs four kinds of protection against them every day: Watch (contract windows like extension-of-time notices), Countdown (fixed deadlines), Check (evidence that must exist, like daily reports) and Threshold (cost against budget). A failed inspection reaches the right person the day it lands, claim notices are drafted before the window shuts, cost drift is flagged at $50K rather than at the final account, and every insurance and licence expiry counts down at 90, 30 and 7 days. Ask questions about your jobs from Claude or ChatGPT through Demiton's MCP server, with every answer cited to its source. Hosted in Australia. Free for one job under AU$2M; Baseline is AU$55,000 a year to AU$100M under watch.

Description

DeviceWatch directly polls devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and servers using standard SNMP without the need for agents, collectors, or cloud accounts. It monitors a range of metrics, including reachability, interface performance, traffic levels, errors, CPU usage, memory, disk space, temperature, fan functionality, and power supply status. The on-device AI, which operates independently and keeps all data local, establishes a traffic baseline for each interface and adapts to the patterns of alarm dismissals by operators to reduce unnecessary email notifications, while also predicting when storage or network links may be nearing capacity. It interprets vendor-specific thresholds in accordance with the way each manufacturer specifies them. Users can enjoy a 30-day free trial, after which a single license allows management of up to 250 devices across macOS, Windows, and Linux platforms, making it a flexible solution for various environments. Ultimately, DeviceWatch stands out as an efficient tool for comprehensive device monitoring without compromising data security.
