DealTrack is a sophisticated platform for deal management that uses a proprietary scoring algorithm to help you easily identify the deals worth digging into. You can complete multiple tasks in the due diligence process, including the collection of data and the generation of insights, using one software. This allows you to save over 2,300 man-hours per annum. DealTrack employs Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to combine >1,500,000 data points across 50 parameters and/or subparameters per company and assign them a score based on five scoring outcomes. You can either rely on the system's recommended algorithm or create your own by adjusting each scoring outcome's weightage.
