    Poor Customer Service

    Summary: Don't recommend. Keep coming up against more problems since this company took this software over. Exhausting to try to find answers.

    Positive: Not sure, having more issues with it. Weekly problems crop up and it takes forever to get them fixed. Can't even send out statements properly.

    Negative: Supposed to be 24/7 support.... Wait times can exceed 1 hour.
