Summary: Easy to install, and easy to use, and can connect to end user's PC's pretty easily. That's about the only positives.
Positive: Easy to use, reasonable priced, and easy to install. Remote session interface is easy to navigate.
Negative: Very basic. You have very little control without first doing a remote session. You can't hide it in the Add/Remove Programs. Worst of all, the support! They definitely do not understand English, so trying to get a clear answer from them will take multiple responses, spread out over days!

Summary: Generally this is simple to install and easy to use. Our team are remote workers due to COVID with some out of the country, so we needed an integrated solution.
Positive: I like the fact this handles most Windows specific support requirements, so it is an ideal solution for corporate or govt support, particularly in the case of remote worker lockdowns.
Negative: I wish there were more Linux specific support integrations, but since that only affects our servers, it is not a big deal.
