Summary: We use this tool as part of our sales process for supplying capital equipment. We decide on payment terms and whether or not to even attempt to do business with certain companies based on this data. Forewarned is forearmed.

Positive: The interface is clear and easy to navigate. The important variables you need about a company are easy to spot amongst a plethora of information. The use of colour in the reports makes spotting any issues easier than ploughing through the info and making your own decisions.

Negative: Logging in and getting to the main pages could be a bit quicker and easier. Finding a specific company quickly and easily is also quite hard. That said, it's all very achievable and quite a complicated process so you would expect to have to do a bit of digging to get to the gold!

Summary: It is easy to use and I am probably do not utilize it to the fullest potential. The availability of information has helped us to determine line of credit quickly for orders pending while waiting on references. Has really helped with customer satisfaction.

Positive: There is so much information provided in the reports. And so many options in tracking customers from saving snapshots to adding to your portfolio. I like that they carry over from year to year.

Negative: The platform can do so much that it can sometimes be overwhelming.

Summary: Overall, I find D&B Financial Analytics a valuable tool for credit risk assessment with an ease of use.

Positive: D&B Financial Analytics is my one stop, first choice in making Credit decisions as a Credit Manager. I like how I can easily search by name, DUNS # or an advanced search by phone number and the results are quickly available and sorted for review. The information provided is robust and provides timely payment summary, rating and legal events (if any),

Negative: Outdated information and data quality are two main concerns I have.

Summary: I find that D&B Finance Analytics is a good product that has assisted our company in evaluating potential customers for credit worthiness.

Positive: I like the ability to set up our credit application process through D&B, which gives me instant access to all of the potential customers information.

Negative: When a company is not found via the initial search, it is very difficult to find that company using their address.

Summary: Overall, I would highly recommend D&B, to companies that are considering a credit reporting service.

Positive: D&B gives us the information we need to make decisions regarding credit terms. The information is reported in a well organized report.

Negative: It would be nice to not have the program time out so often.

Summary: It good with the feature available. I would like to see the Excel/CSV files more detailed and have the ability to compare different organizations

Positive: Great for individual organization searches - the issue is when I would like to have a more comprehensive search

Negative: A little difficult when I'm looking to for a consolidated supplier report.
