Summary: Overall, my experience has been 100% positive in helping us make business decisions based on data contained within each report. D&B has helped us vet customers with questionable financial reports and track record.

Positive: Super easy to use platform with search functions to help narrow down an entity search. I especially enjoy the feature that sends notifications of updated reports with significant changes to the report. This has been detrimental for us to minimize our risk with those customers who have declining business financials.

Negative: I think the only con I can speak about is I wish there was a function to search by EIN.

Summary: Excellent! I think this service is very effective and gives you the information you can use and more.

Positive: I am newer to using D&B and the information that is listed has improved my understanding and making my decisions of giving credit to customers much easier.

Summary: This is a great tool for companies to use as a risk analysis for their vendors or suppliers. It is extremely helpful.

Positive: The ease of use, and the ability to check in on our suppliers. It is also a great tool to vet new suppliers.

Negative: I do not like that once you run a report if you accidentally back out of it you are charged to run it again. It should remain available for at least 24 hours.

Summary: Very happy with it. Extremely useful tool to make well educated decisions for all credit. Highly recommended.

Summary: Overall I would recommend this product. Now that I have a direct contact the process is pretty standard. We find the financial reports to be accurate.

Positive: The product is straightforward and easy to use. It provides all of the necessary information needed to make a decision regarding accepting a new customer and their credit limit.

Negative: It was fairly challenging to get a straightforward answer regarding pricing. We don't use the product as often as others and did not want to pay thousands of dollars for running 10 reports a year. Eventually, we were able to resolve this after multiple meetings.

Summary: Use it daily for work and it helps a lot when looking up companies. I use it to confirm company’s info like year founded etc.

Positive: Helps me evaluate companies when underwriting. The D&B score is a great way to determine if the company is good or not.

Negative: Sometimes the SIC codes are off but mostly they are right.

Summary: I love this service! It is my go to for credit assessments for all established and potential new clients.

Positive: Ease of use. Up to date and accurate information. Great customer service. I have used other services that are comparable but don't find the value in them like I do with Dun & Bradstreet.

Negative: One or 2 search engine issues about 2 years ago but those have been resolved. Clearly they take customer opinions seriously.

Negative: I'm not sure exactly what I didn't like, but I would like to see information on adverse conditions or forecasting would be cool

Negative: The only thing I’d flag is that some of the advanced features take a little digging to find or figure out, especially if you're newer to finance tools. But once you get into the rhythm, it’s super smooth.
