Summary: I think this is a good product and is a helpful tool for event professionals. It is easy to use and easy to understand.
Positive: I really like this product. It's easy to use and makes setting up room layouts much easier and smoother.
Negative: Cvent tends to be expensive, but aside from that, I really don't have any cons about this particular product.

Summary: Overall, I highly recommend Cvent Diagraming. It's made sharing our venues with others easier and it's allowed us to accurately reflect WHAT our spaces can do. It allows clients who are not familiar with our space to envision their events!

Summary: Overall it has been great to give the set up crew a diagram of what exactly needs to be done and not try and describe the floor plan.
Positive: East of use, 3 d diagramming and the ability to send to other people to review. It has made it easy.
Negative: I think there needs to be more chairs and other items we can use listed.
