Summary: Overall I am satisfied with the product. I like the fact that I can give my manager a call or email and she will actually get back to me.
Positive: The customer support is great. I have Nekie as my account manager and she has been helping me throughout the entire process. I dealt with Sheena in customer support. Sheena has gotten me the results I was looking for with just one phone call. I like that Nekie and honest with me, if there is something that she does not know, she will tell me that she does not know. The great thing is she will get me the answers I am looking for in a timely manner.
Negative: I would like to see the monthly fee to be less, but the product is a great product.

Summary: While the set-up is lengthy, the platform is well worth it. This is a system that will do everything you need and Stephanie did a great job walking us through. Glock Masters will be a better shop because of the Celerant platform.
Positive: Do it all platform.
Premiere training.
One stop shop.
Nearly unlimited options.
Easy navigation.
Firearm friendly.Negative: Plenty of set-up that requires an initial time investment.

Positive: I like the way the software POS handles. It's very interactive. Stephanie was an amazing trainer, and helped whenever I was in need.
Negative: Hardware config. Hardware was hard to get calibrated to the software.

Summary: A+ I have been very pleased with Celerant POS. I looked at a few other POS systems before making the swap and Celerant was the best choice for my business.
Positive: Stephanie went about and beyond on helping me get everything set up and trained me until I was comfortable enough, then when I had a question she was literally a phone call away.
Negative: The only downside I can think of would be if you have slow internet.... as it is web based. I have fast internet so it was not a issue for me.

Summary: I had a great experience from start to finish and I've enjoyed the new organization of my business.
Positive: The software is very user friendly. Easily navigated by any level user. My questions were answered immediately during the day or the very first thing in the morning next day. There was continuous support and follow up from everyone I worked with. Great staff!!! Stephanie and Fatima were great to work with.
Negative: No cons as of yet, but Ive only used the system for 2 months.

Celerant integration with our store Trigger Firearms and Reloading. Date: Apr 25 2023
Summary: Experience was wonderful! Scheduled live training is what I needed since computers aren't really my forte.
Positive: Jared and crew did a great job with our store transition to Celerant! Training went very well and all questions/issues were resolved quickly. After using Quick Books POS for many years, we have found Celerant be much easier to navigate with the firearms industry. It's hard to give a 5 star review in general, but this company earned it. Thanks to all of you!
Negative: A little more in depth training for layaways. Didn't take us long to figure it out. Could have called Jared but we took on the challenge ourselves.

Quinn Celerant Review Date: Apr 24 2023
Summary: I have had to start from scratch when it comes to Celerant, and I must admit, it has been a large change from what we have now. We still have a long way to go, and until all the applications of the system are used on a daily basis, I will need to continue to ask for Celerant support, for which Im not worried about getting. Every employee, Quinn being the one of the best, has gone above and beyond to make this transition easy and set up correctly.
Positive: Quinn has gone above and beyond for our transition into a new system. Not only has he been thorough, but went back over things we needed more work on as the transition took place. Not only would I recommend him, I would consider this the easiest POS transitions I've ever been through.
Negative: I wouldn't say any bad things about the system so far, nor the quality of service. I would like to see a slight easier setup for the back office applications showing where things are located and what they do.

Summary: Overall the integration process has been seamless. Having a full time job and opening a business has been challenging, but the team made the process easy.
Positive: Stephanie has been amazing throughout the rollout process. With any new software l, there are always issues, but her responsiveness and schedule flexibility has made the process very clean.
Negative: Everything was smooth, no issues at all. The whole team made everything easy.

Summary: If you're thinking about making a switch and going with pos and web integration, stop thinking, just do it. It will be well worth it.
Positive: Ease of use of both the backend interface as well as the POS side. This was an extremely smooth process getting everything setup from our end. Everything worked as it should on the go live date. Training was simple and easy to follow. Stephanie our train did great and quickly answered any questions we had very promptly. They don't set you up and leave you out to dry when the project is completed.
Negative: the only con is that we didn't do this sooner than we did.

Summary: I would recommend Celerant to other retailers. We even launch a website and its integrated with our store. WE are also considering adding on a mobile shopping app next.
Positive: We use this point of sale for 3 years now in our store and it has been easy to use and the training was straight forward too.
Negative: The software is pretty comprehensive which is a positive, but with that comes a lot of features that you need to learn if you want to use all of them in your store.

Worst Decision Ever! Date: Dec 19 2022
Summary: The people are nice. The problems began about 2-3 weeks in when nothing was ready, they claimed they were short on people... it only continued to get worse. Server went down on day one, which we were told never happens! Server continued to go down or needed to be taken down 2-3 times a month. Employees were frustrated, I feared what would happen next on a daily basis. I was warned before making the choice, but the prices were great for what they were offering so I took a chance... now I am licking myself for not listening. I would never recommend this company again. I only feel bad for the few employees that seem to care, the rest...
Positive: Package offered was very intriguing... a lot of options that many other companies charge extra for included in the package at no extra charge ... until what you really need is not there and then it is an add on that costs a lot more than what you were expecting.
Negative: Daily problems, slow response if ever... problems piled up day after day with no results. Promises of options that will work or they can get the programmers to include, but fail to tell you that you have to pay extra to get them to include it. Servers are constantly slowing down or needing to be re-set to clear memory. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!
