CueDuck is an online event management tool that allows organizers to create and maintain a dynamic schedule while keeping attendees updated on any changes. The platform enables organizers to build an interactive timetable that includes sessions, rooms, and speaker profiles, and they can also share an event Board with participants. Attendees have the ability to explore the schedule, filter sessions based on their interests, and save their favorite sessions without needing to create an account. In the event of delays, organizers can easily adjust the timetable by moving sessions and rescheduling subsequent ones. The Pro version offers additional features such as custom branding, scheduled notifications, and analytics for the event Board; organizers can also utilize a foyer display, print an A4 program, and import schedules from CSV or Excel files. A free plan allows for one event Board and up to three team members, while paid plans include a £29 Event pass valid for one event lasting up to 14 days and an annual Pro subscription priced at £149, which supports up to five Boards and ten team members. This flexible approach ensures that both organizers and attendees have the tools they need for a successful event experience.
