Great software! Date: Mar 24 2022
Summary: Great software, excellent support, highly recommend. The developer is even willing to work with you on any ideas you may have come up with. I wish all software had that kind of customer support.
Positive: Easy to install, configure and update as needed. Offers a lot of functionality at an excellent price. Top notch support, anytime we had an issue or a question they helped us immediately and even reached out to us after the problem was resolved to make sure the issue there were not additional issues.
Negative: No major cons. Once Microsoft released a patch that glitched a monitor we had running, but support was quick to find a resolution to the issue.

Very useful product Date: Mar 23 2022
Summary: Overall, I have been very pleased with the product and support provided. Also, I like it enough, that I have purchased it for home use, too.
Positive: The price is well within my budget.
Support has been excellent.
There is a new report in the dashboard which shows the log repository summary. This will make it easier to review latest and oldest entry for each log per computer.
There is the ability to create notifications for different events that occur. For example, if a computer loses power for some reason, the product can perform a ping on a regular basis-if the ping fails, then a notification can be sent to appropriate personnel.Negative: I find I prefer to create additional reports based on the outputs provided. For example, there is a database summary report which shows totals for each log for each computer. I load that report into excel and create a pivot table to show the summary total for each log. I record the average daily count for primary and archive logs on a daily basis - Security, System, Application, and a few others. So I have a history of the log.

Excellent Software Date: Mar 02 2022
Summary: Fantastic. The software is very user-friendly, and the developer is incredibly responsive if issues ever arise. Cannot recommend strongly enough!
Positive: Ease of installation, ease of updating, ease of use are all great. This is a very powerful tool in a pretty small package. I really appreciate how you can view data as a broad overview, but also be as granular as you like. Licensing cost is very reasonable, as well.
Negative: We've only ever had a couple of minor issues come up, and they were nothing that broke functionality. Beyond that, no 'cons' so to speak.
