    Awesome Remote access and control

    Summary: It's simply a robust tool to support external clients. It provides us remote control feature which makes it very easy to control business structure remotely. We are using ConnectWise Control as our primary client helpdesk platform and we are enjoying their services.

    Positive: Effortless to connect with clients.
    Easy to set up and remote access the added computer.
    Simple remote file transfer process.
    Easy to install and integrate with different tools.
    Every feature works absolutely amazing.

    Negative: None till now. I Will update the cons if I face any.

It has good team collaboration capability which can be used to collaborate among team members and is very useful for training the new teammates. It support file transfers between the host and guests. It offers voice over internet protocol audio calls which is very helpful during the support sessions and collaborations.
