CondoFix Description

CondoFix is a web-based maintenance management system for condominium corporations. The system is based on CMMS technology and allows administrators, managers, and employees to plan and manage their building's maintenance activities using all the benefits of an integrated Web platform. The co-owners also have access to the documentation and performance graphs regarding the maintenance budget as well as the contingency fund. CondoFix allows co-owners of CondoFix to report any damage or other repairs.

Pricing Starts At:
$1.50 per month per unit
Pricing Information:
Monthly base price: $20 CAD plus $1.50 per condo unit per month.
Example for 100 unit condo building: $170 plus applicable taxes ($20 plus 100 x $1.50)

    Summary: Implementation went smoothly.
    Software was as promised and delivered the features we required.
    This system is in line with upcoming legal requirements for maintenance activities at condominium owner associations in Quebec.

    Positive: - Excellent product and implementation support
    - Up to date performance dashboard showing real-time metrics
    - Automated work order generation
    - Fast, error-free access to all features and forms
    - Condominium owners portal for documentation, budget and reserve fund status and reservations (elevator, reception room , guest suites etc.).

    Negative: Cannot customize the software as the cloud platform is the same for all condominium associations, a typical drawback for all SaaS products.
