    Poor customer service and call quality. Avoid this company

    Summary: Not happy with the product. Wanted to use for my business but feel I need to opt for another service

    Positive: Cheap alternative number. Most text verification works. Voicemail works well. I like that you can customise ringtone that's different from other numbers.

    Negative: Really bad customer service, rude and took a long time (over 2 weeks and many emails) to resolve the situation. Bad line quality, OK if you want to talk for a minute, then quality degrades making conversation untenable. Billing is different through the phone and through their website. Very poorly managed product.
