    Summary: Excellent experience to manage all my business from one place. Literally replaced 4 -5 tools that I were using.

    Positive: I run a small team comprising of five people for my software development business. I am using this software for managing my whole business from client onboarding, quotations , project and tasks management, time logging and invoice management. This truly has been helped me replace the subscription of many softwares and now I have all at once place. Awesome to run my business from single dashboard.

    Negative: Integration with some more tools could have made this better. But I am happy what I am getting on the price I am paying.

It cut our admin overhead in half and made us look far more professional to clients. Highly recommend for any agency, consultant, or freelancer who wants to scale without tool chaos.

    Positive: ClientRamp completely replaced three separate tools we were paying for. The white-label client portal looks incredibly professional, project kanban boards keep the whole team aligned, and invoicing with Stripe integration means we get paid without chasing clients. The per-account pricing (not per-user) is a huge money-saver as our team grows. The built-in e-signatures and QuickBooks sync save us hours every month on admin work alone.

    Negative: There is a learning curve during the initial setup since there are so many features packed in. A mobile app with full functionality would also be a welcome addition for on-the-go project updates.
