Summary: The software does not work. Deliverability is bad and it will blacklist all of your domains. They make you sign a one-year contract. Don't make the same mistake I did.
1. After sending 1 campaign with 2000 contacts, all the email domains got blacklisted.
2. There are fake reports. We received open and click stats for campaigns that were not even sent. A few days later, those stats vanished.
3. We included our own emails to test deliverability and half of the emails didn't receive anything.
4. A lot of bugs during importing contacts, creating emails, and sending campaigns. Takes them a few days to get back to you and get it working.
5. Very hard to understand the workflow. It took us 3 months and learn the sending process. After we send out 2 campaigns, all the domains were blacklisted.
6. Red flag when they try to have you sign up for a year contract without fully testing the product. I have asked to cancel and they keep wanting to charge you.
7. The software simply doesn't work.Positive: They are good at selling you at first. After they get your payment, it is a different story. They ask for a year contract and they will keep charging you for something that doesn't work.

Hi David, Sorry to hear you feel the software did not work for you. I understand you were a customer two years ago, left, and then returned to us in August of 2022. There must have been a reason you came back to Clickback? I can see that your average delivery rate on your campaigns was 88%. That is quite good. Your domains are clean and not on any blacklists and we do not have fake reports. We have hundreds of customers that send emails out daily from our software who get very solid results, so I can assure you - Clickback does work. We are a reputable company that have been in business for 20+ years with thousands of customers who put their trust in us to generate leads and grow. Cold emailing does require a very specific content marketing strategy to build a rapport with contacts on your list. Also, results are not always instant as we need to warm up IPs and Domains and this can take time to achieve and it's different for every company. Please note that the reason we have a termed contract is we invest in every customer that signs up with us. Similar to Hubspot, Salesforce and other SaaS businesses who also have termed 12-month agreements. There is a lot of resources used to maintain and create an account. Summary: I'd recommend it as long as you have the patience to let the IP's warm up. I'd also recommend that you speak to the owner. Although there's a sales force and customer care, it might be better for you to speak directly with the owner to fully understand the concept.
Positive: It's a good company. You just have to be patient with the time it takes to warm up your IP's. Unfortunately, it could take up to 60 days to warm things up with your domains and IP's.
Negative: The con is that I got conned. This company requires that you sign a 1 year agreement before you send out any emails. It's a brilliant idea but takes some time for the software to get to full production.

Hi Ken, Sorry to hear you had less than desirable results with Clickback. We are a cold B2B email sending solution. We are not the same as Constant Contact. They do not have the infrastructure to send cold email campaigns as they are for opted-in contacts only. In fact, if you read their Terms of Use, it prohibits the sending of any type of email from their software to cold or purchased contacts. https://www.constantcontact.com/legal/terms We often get clients who get kicked off of Constant Contact and MailChimp for using their software for cold email marketing. With that said, we have hundreds of customers that send emails out daily from our software who get very solid results. We are a reputable company and have been in business for 20+ years and thousands of customers have put their trust in us to generate leads for their business. I do apologize that the results you achieved with us were not the ones you desired.
