Summary: Overall Clarity is very essential and very much needed. The system could be a little easier to use and understand, but overall it is a great system.
Positive: I love how Clarity allows us to communicate across other organizations with ease. When entering a client into Clarity I can see if my client is already working with other organizations and what type of help my client is receiving. This allows me to focus on their needs at hand and not work in circles around what assistance other organizations are giving them. This system is amazing because I can leave notes for myself to reflect on or for other organizations that are working with my clients. I can easily add files and other documents such as an assessment intake. Clarity is the glue to how smoothly and efficiently our organization is ran.
Negative: The only con I can see with Clarity is that the system allows you to create duplicate client files. So in some cases when I'm looking for a client it can be hard to tell which one is the correct client because there can be duplicates.
