Citrix towards our companion currently to properly manage all of our information, inventory, deployment and endpoints. Without a doubt, it has helped us automate various processes, finances, and work much more accessible and comfortable, which has allowed us to gather all the necessary information from a central point, which helps us to stay in one place and at the same time cover all the management and monitoring that we need to carry out. With this platform, the support team has seen their workload much lighter, thanks to the increased way in which we can now carry out each minimum process in an automated way and eliminating useless and ineffective steps by steps. So how my criticism is aimed at integrating a greater number of tools and functionality that are useful for use within the platform and that allows us to complement the work we do every day, in addition to integrating a greater amount of customization to the different tools with which it already counts to be able to adapt everything to what our work asks of us. Although they may be important points that can interfere with our work for now, the platform is still the one to carry out our device management in an optimal way, and this is undoubtedly a positive point and in favor of what our work needs.
