    Summary: support has been really helpful, friendly always get answers on time.

    Positive: System is very user friendly, it has great feature of stock location, pick n pack. Accounting works seamlessly.

    Negative: Reporting is little bit confusing, but once you've grown familiar with it, it works fine.

    Summary: Quick turnaround time and very helpful support. Overall, the experience with the software is great. Works perfectly and made great decisions based on the data provided by the software.

    Positive: Manage stock without excel, packing slip is really helpful. Facts that you do have to do any manual calculations.

    Negative: Reconciled payments on xero do not appear on invoice straight away.

    Summary: Overall, I'm in a big pinch because Stitch is shutting down and I'm going to have to finish this onboarding process, but I'm already looking for alternatives. So stressful and infuriating!

    Positive: I was switching from Stitch Labs and found they were most similar. They offer inventory management across several platforms, plus Quickbooks integration. The initial sales call was promising and I liked the pricing they were able to offer.

    Negative: There are no easily visible or searchable checks and balances to know if the system is working properly. For a company that claims to have been in business for a while, I continue to find tech issues during the onboarding process that no one seems to have found before. For example, my Etsy store wasn't talking to Cin7 to tell it to close an order automatically. No one even knew.
