Summary: Our office's experience has been excellent. The support is second to none and one of the biggest assets of this software provider. Highly recommend!
Positive: As with any major software integration, especially when converting from a software of nearly 15 years, bumps are expected. Retraining processes is challenging, but the assumption is, if your office has decided to make the leap, it's warranted. Initially, the conversion was challenging, though not wholly on the part of ChiroSpring. However 90 days in, after many, many emails and phone calls, ChiroSpring is the shining star and one of the best things we've done for our office. Our flow has adapted to the new software and most importantly, ANY TIME we've had an issue, someone has been immediately attentive and done everything to work through whatever problem we're experiencing. The continual updates are indispensable and always provide something we didn't even know we needed.
Negative: The process continues to evolve to better manage payer vs patient responsibilities, but it is still a work in progress.
