Summary: Extremely positive experience from the start, highly recommend their product and team! Clinic experience will be enhanced in one way or another as they are one of the few intentionally bringing paramedical and medical practitioners together!
Positive: Excellent integration of features that enhance the experience for patients, as well as practitioners of various specialties. Proactive pursuit of feedback for improvement of software, and responsive to challenges in timely manner. Fantastic support through help chat and expedient correspondences through email. Seamless transition and migration of data with very competent team.
Negative: Unable to build your own forms into system at present time.

Summary: I think Juvonno is a great tool which has made my life as a administrator quite simple. It's easy to use, reporting has great options and Juvonno comm is a great way to stay in touch with patients.
Positive: - Filter to switch between clinics (if you have multiple)
- Report tab has allot of different options
- Easy to navigate
- Straightforward to share/revoke access
- Juvonno Comm is great to share marketing emails and to stay in touch with patentsNegative: - Automated reports emailed to users/practitioners is not an available option yet, hope it is in the future

Summary: Overall i would not deal with any other company as the support rocks. It is easy for patients to contact and control their own accounts. It's mobile compatible for both doctors staff and patients
Positive: I have used Juvonno in all 3 of my clinics now and am in the process of completing a 4th clinic. The support staff have always been there to help from transferring data to assisting with invoice or payment issues. The chat support makes it a breeze to get issues reconciled in an instant. The technicians are there to build an add on when required and correct background issues.
Negative: I just wish sone of the programming when dealing with multiple clinics within one program could be a bit more customizable. But they find a fix or go around quickly to assist in any way

Positive: User friendly for a broad range of users, both tech-savvy or not.
Very customizable for all types of users (practitioners, office managers, etc).
Friendly staff able to help quickly to solve immediate issues.
Compatible with Manitoba Health billing.
Complete EHR service - charting, billing, scheduling, online booking, patient communications, etc!Negative: Auto-refresh of schedule would be a nice added feature to ensure things like double booking are avoided, or that last minute additions to the schedule are seen.

Summary: We have notice a financial increase and easy of operations since we changed our scheduling system. It has increase the flow of the clinic and provides better customer service
Positive: Love that it direct bills a large portion of insurance companies - saves so much time!
Tracking patients is super easy

Summary: We've used Juvonno since 2010 and have been more than happy with the product and their staff. Manage your clinic from anywhere with ease and have comfort in knowing this software can take your business to the next level.
Positive: Juvonno services all of your daily functions to run a clinic smoothly. From scheduling and reminding clients, to insurance and accounting, and everything in between. And just when you think they've covered it all, they come out with new features in their system updates that have you and your staff excited!
Negative: There are small features I wish the system could provide, but I realize these are very specific to my own clinic's needs. Support staff are very helpful though and always try to find a solution.

Summary: I used two other clinic software programs before switching to Juvonno and I could not be any happier! They made the changeover very seamless, have a great support team/system, and are always willing to listen to how they can make their software better for you. I would truly recommend this software to any therapist or doctor, but especially to a multi-disciplinary clinic as it is so versatile!
Positive: There are so many things to like about Juvonno's clinic software. The patient portal is really great - especially the online payment option built directly in the portal. The communication functions are really great - both two way texting and internal communication. Very few steps to accomplish tasks, which was incredibly important to me and GREAT reporting. Highly customizable and integrated with all of the necessary billing platforms. It was hard to find a software that billed directly to Telus AND OHIP and that was a huge factor in my decision.
Negative: Form customization is a little complicated until you understand it better so it took longer than I had hoped, but the team was great at any help I needed. I would also like the option to have separate descriptions for services in the online booking portal (our services are a little complicated and patients don't always know what they need when descriptions need to have insurance criteria).

Summary: Great EMR, best product I have used. Thank you Juvonno! Everyone needs this now! I would highly recommend doing a demo with Juvonno if you are using Jane and want more reporting but same ease of use for clients.
Positive: Terry is very responsive, I had questions about the software and he would answer me within 5 minutes.
Negative: This is a great product. I would recommend it, I did not have any issues with it.

Summary: We are a multi disciplinary chain of clinics that required different levels of access and capabilities and Juvonno was able to meet and exceed our very detailed list of wants. Their continued development to make the system more efficient and effective for their clients is appreciated and allows our team to continue to expand into new ways of supporting our patients.
Positive: User friendly for all levels, from tech savvy to tech hesitant. Easy to navigate and set up. Great team to work and support the transition. For a multi clinic company it was easy to input restrictions for financial and clinic information.

Lots of potential, non-existent support and many glitches Date: Aug 27 2021
Summary: Overall, they need to amplify their support by 100x because it is completely unrealistic to be waiting hours for a response and fix when a system is down and you're unable to check anyone out, book anyone in, or any sort of Juvonno tasks. They also need to simplify many of the tasks on there.
Positive: The system has a lot of good features from online faxing, a lot of reports, online booking, credit card processing and more. The system does have a lot of potential.
Negative: SO MANY GLITCHES AND BUGS. The system seems to have some sort of issues every single week. This week, the site completely crashed with a 404 error, and good luck getting a hold of anyone. No one answers their support number, they only have 3 people working in the entire company for support, and it is next to impossible to get any sort of technical support from them. Also, some things are way too complicated and can be simplified (i.e. my therapists were unable to request holidays through the system for some reason, it took me 20 minutes on chat with support and 15 steps to give my therapists permission to request holidays on Juvonno).
