Summary: I have used many different platforms for patient management over last few years. But I am glad that I chose Juvonno to be my buddy for my own practice, where I had choice to make.

Positive: 1. I love the work flow
2. Visibility of options on main page
3. Charting is easy with many options
4. Possibility to make customization

Negative: It is not exactly a con but application is vast, so it takes time to learn but Juvonno provides all the training necessary and someone is always there to help.

Summary: Since I have started using this system to manage my clients it has been an effective - reliable tool

Positive: The application is easy to use and has all the requirements of a good system for therapist, its effective.

Negative: I have yet to find something that I disagree with.

Summary: Overall, I am very satisfied with the Juvonno team (Alhaji, Karra, and Crystal) and the overall experience of the system.

Positive: This is a user friendly EMR system. The support team is awesome and they offer virtual trainings to assist you and your team, with personalized settings and live how to tutorials. I also appreciate that it has a patient portal and offers a billing system (additional, yet affordable subscription).

Negative: I would have liked more time during the live trainings, maybe 1.5hrs.

Summary: Amazing experience. Happy I switched from chirotouch to juvonno.

Positive: Easy to set up.

Tracking remaining appointments for insurance is amazing
Quickly batch consolidate on third party billing

Negative: Nothing to complain about.

Summary: I would very much recommend Juvonno to anyone. It is very user friendly, good reporting, and extremely helpful to any clinic.

Positive: Customer Service is exceptional. If I have any questions, they get answered right away! They have developed areas that needed developing and are constantly improving.

Negative: I feel they have grown fast without fine tuning some areas.

Summary: I enjoy working with Juvonno. I use it every day for work and to schedule a client in is easy and convenient

Summary: I've used Juvonno since I started my job four years ago, and I'm very happy with their features. I like receiving the updates about new features when they're added and think their help center resources are valuable for training new staff or even for current staff to learn something new!

Positive: Juvonno is a dependable system for daily operations, and their tech support team is always helpful when we run into issues. The booking process is simple, and the platform offers great features for communicating with patients, messaging other staff, and leaving notes on patient files.

Negative: To enhance the platform, I suggest working on the chart export feature, specifically, adding detailed filtering options. This would allow us to more easily export charts based on criteria like practitioner, service type, or specific date ranges. This would be very helpful when practitioners need to review their own notes before we send out patient charts.

Summary: Amazing product. I will absolutely be recommending this product to colleagues. I feel like I discovered a diamond in the rough (the rough being the world of EMR/platforms that currently exist and have dominated the market and are very costly).

Positive: I love that Juvonno has everything I need in one place--really minimizing the number of vendors I need to subscribe to. My patients have found it easy to use.

The onboarding process was outstanding and the customer support has been impeccable.

The price is very affordable.

Negative: I'm quite satisfied with the product overall, the lay-out for a cumulative patient profile is a bit different than I am used to, but not an issue.

There were a couple of technical glitches with iPhones/Macs with video not being connected in web browser settings, but solutions avail and support with immediate responses and assistance.

Summary: I love Juvonno, I believe it’s a great step up from Jane. Very easy portal and I think more organizations should jump on the bandwagon.

Positive: Very easy to use, no technical glitches, easy communication. Very great tools for admins and physios to easily access all information necessary.

Negative: Not much that I don’t like besides the new update with the patient confirmation texts.

Summary: Our clinic has had a very positive experience using Juvonno to manage our day-to-day operations. The platform is reliable, and the team behind it is responsive, friendly, and committed to continuous improvement. No clinic software is perfect, but Juvonno’s openness to feedback gives us confidence that any challenges will be taken seriously and addressed over time.

Negative: - HCAI integration feels overly complicated—though this may be due more to HCAI’s limitations than Juvonno’s implementation.
- Tracking specific patient types (e.g., MVA, WSIB) isn’t as intuitive as we’d like; we currently rely on an external Google Sheet for this.
- The waitlist feature is valuable but could be simplified to enhance usability.

Summary: Overall nothing but positives when it comes to Juvonno. Creators are always very responsive with our feedback, and are always great as getting back to us quickly if one of our staff members needs a hand with anything. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Positive: - Everything is intuitive
- Very easy to learn & easy to use
- Stats are easy to generate , giving real data on clinician / clinic performance

Negative: Nothing bad to say here. There were minor issue in the past such as the inability to copy last charts to make things faster. The team took our feedback and made changes rapidly.

Summary: I find the overall usage of Juvonno easy, accessible, and very user friendly. It is customizable to each particular organization and the payment portals are easy for both clients and admin to use and track. I would definitely recommend this program.

Positive: I love the functionality of all scheduling, the grouping of clients, and the ability to run insurance through Telus E-Health directly through the program. The Juvonno Pay portal is easy to use and navigate, and makes taking credit card payments easy. The team at Juvonno is always helpful and kind.

There are so many ways to customize the experiences of not only our practitioners but also the admin team, and it's well worth every penny.

Negative: I don't really have any notable cons to mention. I find the user experience quite nice.

Summary: It has been an excellent up grade an fun learning new features. Support is great. Patient love the new receipts.

Positive: The system is user friendly. It is easy to correct mistakes. We used the playground a lot before starting live. Transfer of information was seamless.
Support has been amazing all hours of the day. You Tube videos help a lot.

Negative: I don't the constant save feature.
Haven't figured out how to book multiple appt.

Summary: I use this software everyday in my clinic and I have enjoyed it. It's important in my position to be able to complete charting quickly between patients, and I have had no problems with Juvonno.

Positive: - Easy to navigate on both PC and mobile
- The tool bar makes it easy to jump between features like schedule, patient info, and charting
- Charting templates help me keep a detailed record of my treatments

Negative: - I would enjoy to have some shortcuts in the charting to add special characters like arrows

Summary: Love it! Overall Juvonno is the best software that I have used up to date!
It is user-friendly and easy to use. If you are unsure, there is always someone there to help you.

Positive: Virtual access from anywhere in the world.
I can access from my phone/tablet/laptop and out of the country.

Negative: Tracking insurance coverages. I have to calculate the different services manually.
