Great when it works Date: Jan 10 2023
Summary: It’s disappointing that the info that this product no longer works with QuickBooks since 2021 is a well kept secret until you actually buy products and get the error when it doesn’t work and call support. Then they tell you they already know it’s not working.
Positive: This software is amazing and our office has depended on it for years to print checks from QuickBooks.
Negative: We recently upgraded to QuickBooks 2023 only to find out after numerous promises that Checksoft would work with it that it hasn’t worked with QuickBooks since 2021!! Doesn’t sound like there is any timetable to fix this so now we have to find another check printing software and start all over again.
