    Summary: Overall, pretty good platform, you will need to be careful with chatbot temperature, otherwise bot will give responses that don't make sense.

    Positive: I've been using it for 2 months, bot gives very accurate answers, you can also revise the answers by using custom Q&A.

    Negative: Wish if they can remove branding at the bottom of chatbot for lower plans.
