Positive: The top things I like in Chanty are fast messaging, audio/video calls, and scheduled messages that have made managing conversations across time zones a breeze. Kanban task manager right in the app has also been timesaver and simplified tracking work progress. Also they have advanced role management feature that is still simple and secure.

Negative: I think having more features for project management in task manager would be great, but alternatively it can be resolved via integrations with tools like Jira.

Summary: Overall, team communication has become smoother and more efficient with these updates. Chanty support team is incredibly responsive, and it’s clear they’re focused on being customer-centric and attentive to user needs.

Positive: Recent ios release has been a game-changer for our team. The mobile app now runs much faster and includes more customization options, which significantly improved our workflow. As an administrator, I’ve saved a lot of time with features like auto-invite and access management. New voice functionality is also very helpful, although some team members still prefer reading over listening :)

Negative: I'm awaiting the same updates for Android, as part of our team uses that platform

Summary: Work from home is very common nowadays. But it has some communication limitations with the team. For this chanty help me easy to communicate with the team using its chat and task management features. It's an excellent team communication app.

Positive: Chanty app is available on cross-platform. The mobile app is my favourite. It calibrates and organizes team communication. Powerful task status and update feature.

Negative: I never encountered any problem while using this tool.

Summary: I really like it. If you need a team chat software and have been looking at Slack I would highly recommend you give Chanty at least a look. Its the same feature set at a lower (even free) price.

Positive: I really liked that we could get up and running on this at no real cost. The Basic/Free version contains all the functionality a small sized team would need. Prior to this we were using Slack and I wanted to look at more cost effective options. Chanty contains all the features that a team communication software needs even in the free version. We could share files, Images and documents with single clicks. It also lets you create channels like Slack would. Also the Mobile app is great. Its easy to use and the notifications work like a charm.

Negative: I really cant think of much that I dislike. We have been using it for a month and its been working great for us.

Summary: Our experience is definitely positive, we are staying with Chanty and waiting for new integrations. Thank you, guys.

Negative: A great alternative to Slack, we transferred our team 3 months ago and we are glad to work with Chanty now.
Chanty is much easier to use (compared to other software) and it provides everything we need in just one place. We like simplicity and clarity.

Summary: Even when we are back to offices I am pretty sure we will continue using Chanty, as it makes our communication easier and faster.
Waiting for new upcoming integrations though.

Positive: Chanty is absolutely an amazing tool to collect all your communication in one place. We can create and assign tasks to team members. I like this feature so much. We use a free plan and it is enough for us. It offers great features that many will enjoy.

Negative: Task management is important for us. So we are looking forward to a new version of Chanty with improved Kanban feature.

Summary: Great tool for non-technical experts, anybody can use it for the productive team communication daily. It's free for up to 10 members in the team which is not a burden for the wallet. You can get rid of multiple tools using a single one with many features instead.
