Summary: Including Chanty and the way she has been really useful for our company, I can say that her usefulness has been more than simply being the platform in charge of communication, it has also been the right tool to plan work projects and put us into action, to achieve a fluid exchange of information through the exchange of files and above all to achieve a much coordinated and collaborative work thanks to different tools that allow unifying the work and maintaining constant progress and in sync with each important point of the projects between different work areas. Chanty is a simple and easy to use tool, this has been the best of all, it offers the necessary instruments to perfectly handle the tool's interface and feel comfortable with the use of each of the functions. Chanty has been our main messenger to create an open space, where each member of the company is involved, we make sure that the information reaches each one, properly monitor each activity and ensure that every minimum labor aspect is covered by our management. and thanks to this space that Chanty has opened for us to maintain a 100% productive work environment. It allows us to be present in each process of the different projects, not to miss out on every little detail and to interact to achieve success and the effective realization of each commercial exchange. So really Chanty has been much more than a tool, it has been the ideal platform to maintain a productive work, optimizing different organizational and planning work aspects.

Positive: I like that Chanty is more than a communication tool, it's a link tool that broadens the way to connect and makes everything much easier to work collaboratively. Through the activities panel we have managed to manage much better, where we collaboratively manage the activities to be completed and we stay in constant synchrony to know what stage of the process we are in and to advance in a much more participatory way. Real-time notifications are essential for us and Chanty offers us this, we can work quickly and the work is not delayed for any reason because we receive notifications immediately. It is of real importance that a communication system has mobile access, since many times we need to express different aspects of work between colleagues and we do not meet in the office, being able to attend to messages from wherever I am is undoubtedly a great advantage. Another point to highlight is that it is more than a messenger, we can make video calls for meetings, in times of pandemic this was really useful, where we were able to work as a fairly united team and still hold our meetings through calls or video calls and attend various important aspects. An essential Chanty resource for us is the affiliation of data between each work colleague, where it is possible to share files and work documents quickly to exchange information and export necessary documents. It is a flexible tool with a fairly comfortable interface, where the most useful options for our work and what we need to do are always at hand. Finally, Chanty is really easy to use, we don't need to be experts to understand the usefulness of the entire work area and file sharing, with just a couple of shortcuts it's so easy to do everything.

Negative: The calendar is vital for our work, correctly organizing and managing each activity and commercial tasks that correspond to each day in order to exercise adequate functions with the maximum purpose of achieving commercial objectives, and yet, we have had difficulties regarding this issue since the calendar does not have a clean and comfortable interface to maintain an order between the different tasks to be carried out per day, which has been really a problem to be able to visualize all our planning from a general view. It does not have many interactive elements, this makes the platform somewhat slow and boring, it would be ideal if they presented more dynamic options within the system to be able to make representations in a communicative way and that can make the meetings much more dynamic.

Another point that I feel should be improved is the creation of channels, which truly represents a disadvantage as a communication system. The updates that have come have not focused directly on solving different problems in the user experience, which is not very user-friendly. It seems that they make an effort to improve many aspects of the platform, however they still have a long way to go to do things in much more detail.

Sometimes we have presented failures in the communication of video calls, the quality of the image is lost a bit, and when verifying the quality of the internet of each site from where we communicate everything is fine, we do not know for sure what could be due but it is a fairly rare failure that does not favor our work when it happens. When I have tried to solve problems with the customer support, it is not very attentive and I have not really achieved good results when trying to find a solution to these failures.

Summary: Overall, Chanty is a tool that allows its users to get in touch with their team members with instant messaging and provides a lot of useful features that results in saving time and increasing productivity.

Negative: -With a large number of users, the messages get cluttered, and difficult to find a specific message.
-It doesn't have many dynamic collaboration and scheduling features.

Summary: My experience has been pretty pleasant, and everyone who has used it has no complaints like me. The overall video and audio quality of the application are great, and you should try it.

Positive: It has features that work wonders to give you a pleasant experience of calling.
You can have a video or audio call, with one to one or a group.
Its support team is top-notch.

Negative: It is not famous or spread globally; hence few times, I can not use it for communication as the second person does not use it.
