    Summary: Very disappointing and wished we had never signed up and can't wait to get out. The company is only interest in the new contact.

    Positive: Brings together orders, sales and other important pieces of info and data.
    Good at launching new marketplaces.

    Negative: Lock in for 2 years.
    Overage fees on an already expensive system.
    Customer support is non existent.
    Reports differ to the actual Marketplace.
    Too ridged.
