Incredible Customer Service from CED Commerce Date: Apr 27 2023
Summary: We orginally used the official eBay app to connect our Shopify store to eBay.
When the eBay app ended, we used another app which we already used to connect our store to Amazon.
However, we decided to switch over to CED Commerce based on price, the monthly fee was the same as the app we were using, but they have the option to pay for 1 year subscription which equates to a much better rate.
There were a few issues when changing over, but the customer service from the team at CED Commerce (mainly dealing with Vishal) was outstanding. They helped resolved all the issues.
Compared to all the apps we have used for our Shopify store, this is hand downs the best for customer service.Positive: 5 Star customer service.
App works as intended.
Very happy and would definitely recommend to anyone needing an app to connect their Shopify store to their eBay store.Negative: So far there hasn't been anything to list as a Con.

We moved to Cedcommerce when eBay deprecated its Shopify Integration App Date: Apr 19 2023
Summary: If you need a way to sync your products from Shopify to eBay, this is the perfect solution. It is easy to setup and use. With all the support you could possibly need.
Positive: It is easy to setup and continue to do eBay listings. Help is available 24/7 and the follow-up to ensure all is good is fantastic.
Negative: Searching products could be easier but that is a personal preference.

Summary: We are satisfied with the product. It allows us to sync our Shopify inventory with Amazon. The customer support is also very responsive and helpful.
Positive: The customer support is very responsive and on top of trying to fix any issues you may have. They allow interaction through Skype messenger which is a lot faster than email.
Negative: Sometimes it is difficult to add new products and have it sync with Amazon. This is mainly Amazon's fault since they are particular with certain aspects of a product and brands.

Positive: The Customer Service Support Team is very helpful. They are always willing to answer and troubleshoot all my questions. I am impressed! As a beginner, the app seems so easy to use and user-friendly. I always learn something new every time I chat with the Support Team. If they can not fix it thru chat room, they are willing to offer video call. They will not stop until they answer my issues/questions. Thank you soooo much! I would highly recommend to use this app.

Summary: I find the support to be really excellent. The product is easy to use and any questions or errors are quickly addressed by the support team.
Positive: The product is easy to use and the support is the best I've found. Shopify destroyed out link to Amazon when their Channel was stopped and CEDCommerce were able to come in and save our Amazon listings with Shopify.
Negative: No negatives to report. I think they are the best Sales Channel we've found for Shopify.
