    Summary: Overall I wouldn’t recommend this software. Too many others at a lower price point with many more features.

    Positive: The software does what it is supposed to do most of the time. I know it doesn’t sound like a super exciting pro, but there isn’t anything super exciting about this software. I’ve been using it since Jan 2019 and am not a huge fan.

    Negative: Integrations are very minimal, which is unfortunate given the ever changing landscape of technology in healthcare.

    Summary: I would not recommend CareLogic, even with the alluring price. Employee satisfaction is actually important.

    Positive: The “logout” button is easy to find and it gives thorough reports. I don’t have anything else to say.

    Negative: By far the worst and most confusing EHR I’ve ever used. The clinical language is harsh and tone deaf and the printed documents are awful, does not look like a legible document. No charted entries in any chronological order, you have to manually enter each clients chart to see your documents.

    Summary: My overall experience is not good. I would not recommend use of this to anyone on clinical practice. There are much nicer programs available for slightly more money. This one will take you more time to finish your notes and is not cost effective.

    Positive: I've used CareLogic for 3 years. I did not find it user friendly at the start and my opinion has not changed in 3 years. The only pro I can see is price. It is cheaper compared to many other EMR's. But you get what you pay for.

    Negative: Where to start. The layout is not good. You cannot view the chart as a whole unless you view the report which loads in PDF. The chart is only accessible as "pages" and you have to jump from section to section. There is no way to merge previous visits or make templates. It is time consuming moving from page to page. It is not user friendly at all.
